00:00:645 (1) - Looks weird here. Looks better stacked over 00:00:945 (1) - or even at x:269 y:169 to keep spacing consistent and make a nice pattern. Also remove NC from 00:00:945 (1) - Doesn't really make much sense to have them both there.

00:01:695 (4) - Add NC and remove from 00:02:145 (1) - Since 5 has the upbeat note.

00:02:895 (4) - NC and remove from 00:03:345 (1) - for the same reason. Also regarding 4 you can move it alittle to the right and down one tick to make it a more perfect triangle.

*Note: The NCs seem off atm. NCs should follow a pattern around the song like every 4/1 or 8/1 for example and also to assist with readability in some sections but currently it's inconsistent. I suggest removing all combos and readding them now that the map is complete.


00:03:345 (1) - Increase the spacing from the previous note like you did for 00:01:695 (4,1) - You can even make a nice pattern like this. Also regarding this note I think it would be better to make this a 1/1 slider with a repeat and remove 2.

00:05:595 - This is a momentum killer. I suggest adding a note here because right now you just had a 1/4 slider jump crazy section and then 3/4 slider into slider into this pause like bam all momentum gone.

00:06:495 (3,4) - 1/2 slider after 1/1 slider to follow the drums is pretty boring. Change this pattern to a note and then a 1/2 slider. I also think 00:06:045 (2) - could be a 1/2 slider and note to better follow the 1/2 drums pattern but it's ok if you do this change.

00:09:945 (4,5) - I feel 5 should have symmetry with 00:10:545 (1) - instead of 4 since 5 is the big white tick (upbeat) and the other note is the downbeat which usually implies a jump or a shift in flow depending on the song. It's a bit hard to explain this but you can think of it like instead of you counting 1-2-1-2 you are counting 2-1-2-1-2 because you start on an even beat if that makes sense. Maybe try something kinda like this? Not the cleanest example but it adds a jump emphasis to 1 (upbeat) and then 1 becomes a part of the pattern like the other sliders going back and forth.

00:14:145 (1,2) - Would play better if this was still a part of the stream before so it's 4 jumps not 6. It could be fine though but the real problem is....

00:15:045 (3,4) - This. You have crazy buildup from the1/4 slider jumps and then random 3 right next to it. Kills all momentum and doesn't read well (btw this should also be where a NC begins so hopefully you rework the combos afterward) Anyway do this pattern it's much better. (Deleted previous notes to screenshot clearly)

00:15:645 (2) - 1/1 slider covers up the cool guitar at 00:15:795 - . You can say you're mapping to vocals but then in that case you didn't do that for 00:16:095 (3,4) - where this should also be a 1/1 slider per the vocals. I suggest mapping to the drum/guitar in this section.

01:07:545 (7,8) - Music doesn't really imply 1/4 slider jumps here. If anything change 7 to a normal note and you can keep 8 as a 1/4 slider to have a triplet effect but not this.

01:24:345 (1) - Change to 2 notes with a nice jump between them to compliment the vocals and a good finish to this small technical section into the spinner.

01:41:295 (2) - Might as well be a note since you muted the slider end.

01:42:045 (1) - Maybe more my taste but I think since it's the start of the 2nd verse this could be 2 notes insteads of a slider. Maybe even with the first note stacked over 01:41:295 (2) - Since there's a pause there and it would be nice to start here again.

01:43:395 (7) - Nothing in the rhythm to imply a triple sound here. Plus it's even more unexpected since it points away from the other slider. I would change to just a note maybe even stacked over 01:43:545 (1) -

02:34:545 (6,7) - 1/4 here is also weird. Should just be 2 notes since the music doesn't really imply 1/4 here too.

02:58:845 (3) - Instead of having a repeat you could just have notes at 03:00:645 - 03:00:945 - and another pretty slider starting at 03:01:245 - and ending at 03:02:445 - .

03:18:495 (2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - Nothing in the song implies mapping to 1/3. At most MAYBE the guitar bend but if you wanted to map to that you might as wel have made a wavy slider to compliment it. Change to 1/4 stream this is wrong snap.

03:23:895 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - And this IS 1/3 snap starting at 03:24:045 - So consider mapping that with 1/3 sliders for readability or making the previous pattern transition well into a 1/3 stream if you like. Also 1/3 ends at 03:27:645 -

03:33:645 (9) - Suggest deleting the rest of the stream after this point and changing it to a spinner to compliment this guitar hold and ending it here 03:34:845 - or even just a nice long slider shape too if you want.

*Note: I really suggest mapping this section to the guitar here since it is a guitar solo. It plays a lot more intuitively because of it and you can always map to the drums while doing this as well.


04:15:045 (1,2,1) - Instead of an antijump you should map jumps into 04:15:195 - 04:15:495 - Especially after that buildup from the previous pattern.

04:42:045 (1,2,1,2) - Poor flow imo. Could make a nicer pattern instead.

04:43:845 (5,1,1) - Highly suggest this pattern to better compliment the drums and vocals. The spinner also feels better than a hold here.

04:46:845 - Ending section feels a bit overmapped imo. Lots of random triples. These are fine usually leading into the upbeat or if the drum/guitar does it but these are a bit random and don't really compliment the map imo. Consider revising this section and removing a few unnecessary triples and 5s. Some examples are like 04:48:195 (2,3,4) - 04:48:645 (1,2,3) - 04:50:445 (1,2,3,4) - etc.

05:10:845 (1,1) - Should end spinner where note 1 is instead.


Map is looking good overall. Needs a bit of cleanup and maybe a few pattern changes (specially with the 1/4 slider jumps they're pretty repetitive back and forths sometimes). Just fix the NCs and it will really help in the cleanup trust me :)

  1. Soft-hitfinish3 seems to be unused for me, delete it if you are not going to use it for the whole map.
  2. You could totally add this and this hitsounds to emphasize the drums in the background.
[Red Night]
  1. Here are some general things that you should look out for.
  2. 00:08:145 (1,2,3) - I can see that you were trying to make some jumps between these notes, but in fact, due to the drop-off flow, (2) and (3) has a really less movement compared to (1) and (2), which doesn't go along with your intention.
  3. 00:48:345 (1,2,3,4,1) - Avoid having weird slider jumps like this one for example, it really does look like (1) is misplaced from the stream.
  4. 00:53:145 (1,2,3,4) - Watch out for these, these are mapped to nothing, it certainly does look like overmapped. The part where is it worthy to be mapped as a stream starts 00:53:445 (1) - here.
  5. 00:56:895 (1,2,3,1,2,1,2) - Tornado patterns are meant to
  6. basically copy the momentum from the previous combos, but 00:57:645 (1,2) - these doesn't follow the movement that 00:56:895 (1,2,3) - this made(as well as 00:57:345 (1,2) - ) which misleads players. You would still want a clear distinction if you want to cancel off the movement from before, right now it really looks like those 2 combos that I've mentioned follows 00:56:895 (1,2,3) - these notes' movement.
  7. 01:24:645 (1) - This spinner should be moved back to the previous blue tick which will be 01:24:570 - as the vocals that you are trying to follow starts at that point.
  8. 02:20:895 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - Well that is a nice effect that you are trying to convey here, but it doesn't fit with the similar stream like 00:53:895 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - , as both of them has the same effect in the song, and yet you didn't add it in the first stream. Try to keep the consistency at least. Variety is good to have, but varieties like on the same things doesn't really work that well.
  9. 02:53:145 (1,2,3) - It totally looks like you were trying to make a triangular flow here, but it is in fact, not perfect. Take one slider, rotate it 120 degrees clockwise for the second slider, and do the same thing for the third.
  10. 02:54:045 (1) - Slider arts are definitely good to use, but gives a little bit of negative effect if the slider doesn't have a definite shape like 02:58:845 (1) - .
  11. 03:11:895 to 03:33:645 - Inconsistent stream rhythm is really bad in play mode, as it will mislead majority of the players. Instead of making these kinds of complex rhythm, you can still go for a intuitive rhythm something like this.
  12. 04:05:595 (4,5) - Another rhythmic issue, the drumroll suddenly was stopped being mapped even though there is no other instrument present here other than a violin.
  13. 04:33:645 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I could have mentioned this earlier, but all the long stream shapes are kinda... bland. Try to use the option 'convert slider into streams' to make more of a creative shape for them. Something like wave works nicely.
  14. Overall I think the maps needs more polishing on the flow of notes and rhythm itself.

  1. Here are some general things that you should look out for.
  2. 00:08:145 (1,2,3) - I can see that you were trying to make some jumps between these notes, but in fact, due to the drop-off flow, (2) and (3) has a really less movement compared to (1) and (2), which doesn't go along with your intention.
  3. 00:48:345 (1,2,3,4,1) - Avoid having weird slider jumps like this one for example, it really does look like (1) is misplaced from the stream.
  4. 00:53:145 (1,2,3,4) - Watch out for these, these are mapped to nothing, it certainly does look like overmapped. The part where is it worthy to be mapped as a stream starts 00:53:445 (1) - here.
  5. 00:56:895 (1,2,3,1,2,1,2) - Tornado patterns are meant to
  6. basically copy the momentum from the previous combos, but 00:57:645 (1,2) - these doesn't follow the movement that 00:56:895 (1,2,3) - this made(as well as 00:57:345 (1,2) - ) which misleads players. You would still want a clear distinction if you want to cancel off the movement from before, right now it really looks like those 2 combos that I've mentioned follows 00:56:895 (1,2,3) - these notes' movement.
  7. 01:24:645 (1) - This spinner should be moved back to the previous blue tick which will be 01:24:570 - as the vocals that you are trying to follow starts at that point.
  8. 02:20:895 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - Well that is a nice effect that you are trying to convey here, but it doesn't fit with the similar stream like 00:53:895 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,1) - , as both of them has the same effect in the song, and yet you didn't add it in the first stream. Try to keep the consistency at least. Variety is good to have, but varieties like on the same things doesn't really work that well.
  9. 02:53:145 (1,2,3) - It totally looks like you were trying to make a triangular flow here, but it is in fact, not perfect. Take one slider, rotate it 120 degrees clockwise for the second slider, and do the same thing for the third.
  10. 02:54:045 (1) - Slider arts are definitely good to use, but gives a little bit of negative effect if the slider doesn't have a definite shape like 02:58:845 (1) - .
  11. 03:11:895 to 03:33:645 - Inconsistent stream rhythm is really bad in play mode, as it will mislead majority of the players. Instead of making these kinds of complex rhythm, you can still go for a intuitive rhythm something like this.
  12. 04:05:595 (4,5) - Another rhythmic issue, the drumroll suddenly was stopped being mapped even though there is no other instrument present here other than a violin.
  13. 04:33:645 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I could have mentioned this earlier, but all the long stream shapes are kinda... bland. Try to use the option 'convert slider into streams' to make more of a creative shape for them. Something like wave works nicely.
  14. Overall I think the maps needs more polishing on the flow of notes and rhythm itself.

there's a lot of stuff here that repeats throughout the map. understanding why i'm saying them is better than just fixing them, so try to do that if possible lol

  1. 01:42:045 - your second timing point should be here dood
  2. 01:11:145 (5) - 02:28:545 (6) - 04:43:995 (1) - 01:46:395 (4) - so i think you already know this, but for sliders, it's better to have the strong beats on sliderheads and weaker beats on slidertails. these are like the opposite of that (which people call passive sliders or something). should have clickability on their tails since that's where the stronger sound is
  3. 00:01:695 (1) - 00:02:895 (1) - 05:10:695 (4) - similar thing here. the strongest sound here is on their tails, so making them triples works better to click on that
  4. 00:42:369 (5) - 04:04:845 (3) - look at the timeline and tell me that was intentional:(
  5. 02:55:845 (2) - this section doesn't really work with the bass kick hitnormal thing. like it just doesn't match the song at all. the default hitnormal or something more... high pitch/less impactful would work
  6. 02:52:845 (1,2,3,4,1) - this is a much more minor thing, but stuff like this with consistent spacing = much better (and im assuming that was the intention)
  7. 02:43:995 (5,6,7) - ~the triple of deception~ (make it less broken lol)
  8. 03:13:995 (8,9,1) - 03:15:795 (2,3) - with reverse sliders, it's not very intuitive to click the next circle on a blue tick. you can't see when it's going to end because it's just a repeat thing and the song is emphasizing white/red, so making the next object clickable on white/red is more intuitive. 03:21:945 (2,3) - on the other hand is more acceptable since you can tell when the slider is gonna end
  9. 03:24:045 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - a lot better to start off unexpected 1/3 streams with sliders rather than circles (preferrably reverse sliders). way easier to comprehend the rhythm when it's being shown to you rather than having to see if it's 1/3 through getting 100s and 50s on circles
  10. 03:52:545 (5,6,1) - 04:48:345 (3,4,1) - 01:17:145 (4,5,1) - spacing emphasis is something definitely needed in maps that constantly change distance between objects. stronger sounds should have larger spacing towards them, since that's more impactful (there's other ways of controlling emphasis but that's the easiest). so like for the first example, 5->6 should have smaller spacing than 6->1, making 6->1 more powerful through spacing
  11. 04:12:945 (4) - if you're trying to map the oddly timed vocal here, this isn't the way to do it. starting a slider on nothing is uh not good. you could either put a circle on the 1/6 tick, put it on a sliderend from a slider that starts on an actual sound, or not map it at all
  12. 00:32:145 (6) - 03:36:495 (2) - if there's no 1/4 in the music, a circle is a better option than a 1/4 slider lul
  13. 04:05:595 (4,5,6,1) - not really understanding why spacing is so tiny when the song hasn't gotten calm yet. it does at 1 but like 5 and 6 are still inthe crazy 1/4 section
  14. 01:17:145 (4,5,1) - 02:26:445 (1,2,3) - 04:23:145 (4,1,2) - so i'm not sure how good you are at testing specific parts for playability in the map, but stuff like these i'd say don't work too well. when you have spacing changes between objects, it's a lot better to have sharper angles between them. controlling momentum without direction change is a lot more uncomfortable than it looks, so only do this kind of stuff when you're really trying to emphasize something weird. (so for these examples, sharper angles or more consistent spacing would be better)
  15. 00:04:545 (3,4,5) - 00:33:945 (3,4,1) - 00:53:145 (1,2,1,2) - 03:53:895 (2,3,4) - similar to the previous thing, 1/4 sliders like this are played nearly hte same as circles, so the same momentum based movement is uncomfortable.
  16. 01:14:145 (5,1,2) - 02:00:945 (3,4) - 03:15:345 (9,1) - so if you've arranged 1/4 sliders as if they play like circles for the majority of the map, things like these are pretty weird. honestly they'd just work better with spacing between the 1/4 slider and the next object rather than overlapping like 1/4 circles
