Drawing art. It's the same other way around lol people buy art tablets (eg. Wacom) just for osu!

They're pretty much all the same tbh, i use a CTL471 (Wacom One) because it's the cheapest i could find (50€) and no problem with it so far
Just don't take a bamboo pad because you can't resize the area
You can twirl the pen when you get bored

also, my huion 420's pen is broke and disconnects every time i'm playing a map, so i'm buying a wacom intuos soon
there is also a dent in my huion 420 from leaning to hard with the pen (i drag)
