I just found two main mistakes in your map
1) The NC pattern you followed is unconsistent... I mean, you should put NCs on big white ticks, generally. Well, you didn't follow a precise pattern... Some combos are longer, some are shorter, some start on red ticks. This is not really good, and you should re-make your NC pattern, or at least adjust it... My suggestion is: put NC every 2 big white ticks, and if you need to emphasize some parts you can spam them.
If you need me to help you out with NCs you can catch me in-game
2) 04:31:678 - This section is completely off. Change the offset to 431663, it sounds muuuuuuuch better. Oh, and if you change this, you have to delede the following red line, since it's useless. Probably you noticed the wrong timing and tried to fix it with that red line, but it's definilitely useless. fix

01:02:837 - I really feel like you need to add a note here
01:21:872 - Same, especially because there is the kiai here
02:08:010 (5,6,7,1) - Uh well, I don't like the spacing you used here, it's really irregular. I know you wanted to make that simmetry with (7) but in my opinion the entire pattern looks ugly with that spacing fix
03:02:216 (1) - It would be really nice if you menaged to put claps on the sliderticks that need them ( this 03:03:044 - and this 03:04:699 ) fix
03:08:837 to 03:33:665 - Uhm, maybe it's just bullshit but what about reducing the SV to 0.5x? 0.75x is completely fine but this part is really, really, really calm and 0.5x would look nicer maybe?
03:20:423 (1) - This slider is asymmetrical and I don't like it fix
03:32:010 (1) - What about ending this in 03:33:251 - ? It fits the song better imo fix
04:05:113 (1) - What about a CTRL+G here? It would create a better flow and a nice jump to fit the song fix
04:55:733 (1) - This note should be on the red line o.o Maybe I messed everything up by trying to find the right offset, I don't know. Just, make sure this note is on the red line xD
