So like since this is m4m I can go into depth and stuff so yeah.
Basically the main issue in this map is the patterns of the circles in my opinion, since the patterns are quite symmetrical, thus making it less fun to play.
With that said I'll get started .3.
00:08:421 (1,2,3) - you can fix the blanket here by making both 1 and 3 wider
00:11:951 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - This is pretty symmetrical, you can do a pattern like
this to add variety to some of your circle patterns.
00:13:274 (1,2) - I think it would be better if you opened 1 up more and blanketed 2 in it
00:15:039 - for strong notes like these, it's good if there's a jump to emphasize how strong the note is
00:17:465 (2,3) - Blanket this better, I think its easier to blanket things if the slider is opened up a bit more
00:19:009 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Typically, you really don't want to have something this symmetrical, especially if you have something like 00:20:773 (1,2,3,4,5) - coming after it after it was just really symmetrical, don't be afraid to experiment with different patterns

00:26:068 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - This being symmetrical doesn't look too good, plus, the DS isn't different, but the placements of the notes are so it just looks messy
00:29:597 (1,1,2,3,4) - I'm usually bad at flow, but this kinda looks a little awkward, maybe you can try to position the 1 after the slider to a place where the transition into the rest of the combo will be smoother. Or, you can re-position the slider in a way so you can keep the 1 on the slider end while flowing smoothly into 2,3,4

SPOILEROh I just noticed the problem, you're going on DS quite a lot, but it's okay, since it's an Insane, you can break the DS every so often, you just have to make sure that the DS for some places are consistent and do things from there

01:10:626 (1,2,3,4) - it's kinda a weird way to transition into a triplet, then after that a stream, try to make things flow into things again, since the flow here seems jagged

01:17:906 (3,4,5) - You seem to really like to have your notes always spaced out during triplets, try to add variety by adding in some stacked triplets every so often
01:21:215 (4,5,6) - I suggest making 4 and 6 the same shape
01:26:509 (3,4,5) - also for adding triplet variety, you can have a short repeat slider to do triplets as well, always having these triplets spaced in a mostly linear fashion can often remind people of pre-2012 maps
