00:18:871 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - you made pretty poor rythym choice here. I higly suggest you to remap this part. Suggestion below :

So, yeah. Most of the problems related to the rythym that you choose as a baseline to map. In the very beginning on this diff, you made a pretty good job on choosing the right rythym. But, going onward especially starts from 00:18:871 I can't feel the base rythym on your map. It makes difficult for players to play your diff. Firstly, sorry if I'm a bit to harsh. But, I still remember when I mod your first map 6 months ago, and problems on your maps still remains pretty much the same. Remember, this is a rythym game. We maps to the song. So, my suggestion is listen carefully to the song, determined every beat as baseline, and map it. And you'll get better in no time. I know that I'm not the one who talk, but at least let me help you by this way

00:18:698 (5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4) - Simply sayin, this is overmapping. You should change this into pattern that suitale to the song and diff, remember this is hard diff
00:21:802 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - same^ even though this one is not as bizzare as before
Actually those two problems mentioned above goes on and on in this entire diff, so I wont bother mention all of it.
Alright, you should improve your hitsounding as well. Most majority of maps guarantee a clap in every 2nd and 4th beat each measurement http://puu.sh/ih9HK/87d3e1115c.jpg, so put clap in every single one of it. When you hear cymbal clash, put finish. And place whistle wherever it fits.

So, yeah. Most of the problems related to the rythym that you choose as a baseline to map. In the very beginning on this diff, you made a pretty good job on choosing the right rythym. But, going onward especially starts from 00:18:871 I can't feel the base rythym on your map. It makes difficult for players to play your diff. Firstly, sorry if I'm a bit to harsh. But, I still remember when I mod your first map 6 months ago, and problems on your maps still remains pretty much the same. Remember, this is a rythym game. We maps to the song. So, my suggestion is listen carefully to the song, determined every beat as baseline, and map it. And you'll get better in no time. I know that I'm not the one who talk, but at least let me help you by this way

00:21:802 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - same^ even though this one is not as bizzare as before
Actually those two problems mentioned above goes on and on in this entire diff, so I wont bother mention all of it.
Alright, you should improve your hitsounding as well. Most majority of maps guarantee a clap in every 2nd and 4th beat each measurement http://puu.sh/ih9HK/87d3e1115c.jpg, so put clap in every single one of it. When you hear cymbal clash, put finish. And place whistle wherever it fits.

The difficulties were really well mapped too, so not too many suggestions.

00:38:008 (72) - This finisher isn't consistent with the previous two. I don't hear anything special, so I think you should remove the finisher. Might just be me. Same thing with the Oni too.

Optional:

00:00:940 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - This part is exactly the same as the Oni, so I thought instead you could remove hits 2-4, and 6-11. Then, add a d at 00:03:698. This is just to match the piano rather than the vocals. Honestly, this optional suggestion was to add some length to the mod

00:44:215 (92) - Maybe change this to a slider up to 00:46:112? idk.

00:58:871 - This section is rather empty compared to the Oni. I think you should add a bit more 1/2 hits.

The spacing between 00:08:526 (3,4) - and 00:09:560 (3,4) - are too large. I understand that the music is pretty upbeat in this part, but not really enough to put inconsistent spacing compared to other jumps. Reduce it.
00:30:767 (5,6,1) - The flow here is rather awkward.
00:33:698 (6,1) - This jump is way too spaced, when the music is calm at this part

It also contrasts with the flow in similar patterns onward, since the flow direction is kept constant. Change the flow to either counter clockwise or clockwise only for it to be smoother.

I still think that patterns in KIAI Time are more than necessary.

[Del's Normal]

The patterns you make are following both vocals and backgrounds.
However, there are two problems I consider that is not so good:

- The two kinds of patterns are mixed which would confuse new players much; and
- In most time, it is following the backgrounds, new players have to pay more attention while playing.

In general, the Diff is more likely to be a Hard, but not Normal.

00:07:664 (2,3) - This pattern is too hard to put in a Normal.

00:06:457 (1) - The sound effect you use in the two insanes is very similar to the instrument used in the song. IT IS destroying the original feeling of this song in my opinion.
00:40:250 (1,2,3,4) - Drums are going constantly here, but you set the pattern as two "Note+Slider" and pulled them away. I think it is just making a difficulty that is not going along with the music.

[Walao's Insane]

00:26:629 (4) - Reducing speed here is so weird.
01:17:319 (4) - It's better to break the slider into two notes
01:19:733 (2) - Consider reducing the volume of sound effects from here, a bit noisy now.
01:25:767 (5,6) - Make a stream here

It also contrasts with the flow in similar patterns onward, since the flow direction is kept constant. Change the flow to either counter clockwise or clockwise only for it to be smoother.yes you're right, fixed xD
