Normal: I fixed about half of the NC things which were just mishaps from me, others I denied cause you didn't give many reasons, my NC pattern was every two measures for the most part. I couldn't take any of your rhythm changes because I liked the current rhythm density and accentuation that lacked with repeats. Plus with repeats it screws up the 1x consistency in spacing. I fixed the aesthetic things like overlapping with HP bar, parallel etc, but didn't take the anchor suggestion because of my preference and I like the symmetry. I also took your last flow suggestion but not the first due to spacing reasons.

LAST: Same thing with NCs as in normals, but for specific ones
00:08:864 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2) - Don't see any reason to use your pattern, it would be less readable that way
02:34:917 (2) - This was supposed to be paired with 02:34:759 (1), since on 02:34:759 (1) is when all the other instruments took a quick exit and the vocals reentered, it's only with a circle anyways
