Oh come on, is that issues really a problem?
Is it wrong to use slider tick to emphasize the song? For me, it isn't too noisy at all. It really gets balanced with the main vocal and the main music itself or
Is it wrong to have so many 1/4 sliders? We can't call it hard diff if it isn't have 1/4 sliders right? The mapper tried so hard not to use the triple click so often so it get balanced with the other diff and she use 1/4 sliders instead. Is it wrong? If I were her, I would do the same thing to make a balanced mapset
And about the insane, in my opinion, it has nice flow and cool jumps. It's the GD'er mapping style and everyone enjoyed it. Why is it this map got disqualified because of that kind of reason??
This map is almost so flawless because of those who put all of their efforts in this map, so

Sorry, Modem-chan. I know how long it took to get this mapset ranked.

Of course the DQ was unnecessary and everyone knows it, but what can we do? I guess you can file a complaint here if you want (if you also feel the DQ is stupid): https://osu.ppy.sh/forum/t/325973
I think the staff had decided to add that "contest a disqualification" thing, cuz recent DQ's is very questionable and makes you wonder if some of the QAT's are DQ'ing maps on purpose for personal reasons or if they are just bored. So don't take this DQ too seriously. It's a great mapset and should be ranked by now.

I'm also not going to be able to rebubble this again, cuz I'm in my exams at the moment which will last for four weeks >.<
Again, sorry for this and I hope you get this ranked again.

imo N plays like an N considering you have easy here
increasing 1/2 density for 180 bpm 4min long song is really, really questionable suggestion for normal level
few 1/4 rhythms in hard is mostly repeat sliders
and E-N-H-I rhythm density progression is quite good ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The QAT who gets this map disqualified is also shoot stars for this mapset and yet he/she still disqualifying this map

Hey calm down please, this map is only dq'd for spread issue as justification: gap from normal to hard is too large, and the rest are just additions.
No difference between dqing it at 1day and 7day, too.

And there is no causality with shooting star and not dqing. Disqualification is decided by the QAT rather than a single member anyways.

no cuz like i mean it's dqd now so there's no point complaining about it on the thread since it's already done with lmao. Just contest, fix the issue or discuss about it with the QAT who stated such issue, and then get some moar modz and/or rerank ezpz

Well.... It has so big difference for me. Getting this map disqualified on the very last day is like letting my hopes fly high, then dropping it away easily. It feels far more painful than getting it disqualified on the 1st day :(

My 2 cents:
Now that it's pointed out, after paying attention, there is a big difference between hard and normal. I agree 100%. If I'm reading this right, this was the major issue with the DQ. The slider ticks being noisy and insane's beat placement aren't deal breakers.

Hello!

We received your complaint about this mapset being disqualified for invalid reasons. Unfortunately the disqualification was justified. After re-evaluating the disqualification reasons we came to the following conclusion:

  1. <Normal> is too easy. The difficulty gap between <Normal> and <Hard> is not appropriate. The <Normal> should be placed as a reasonable stepping stone between <Easy> and <Hard>. Complexity of the playable rhythm should be increased to differentiate this map further from the <Easy>.
  2. The slidertick hitsounds are fine. You don't have to change them.
  3. Overall beat placement and patterns in <Insane> are fine and not a reason for a disqualification. However, hitsounding in <Insane> has to be improved. There are misplaced and missing hitounds in several parts of this map as well as inappropriate soft/silent streams which makes some of the parts play worse than they actually are.
Furthermore you should take a look at the Storyboard before this map can be qualified again:
  1. There are "ripple" sprites used at 01:52:417 - that don't match any of the beat objects placements in any diff. You can remove them from the .osb and add them to each specific .osu file at the correct coordinates if you want.
  2. Also please take a look at the lyrics again, as previously stated.

I apologize for the delay in our response and hope we can find a solution and get this mapset back on track soon.

@p3n : i didn't really want to use ripples on specific place since it'll distract players (from ziin's statement) so its better to keep like this ._.

Lyrics file that KSHR mentioned are images no 1 and 26.
