Heya guys!

I decided that I would contribute to osu! by making osu!cloud.
What is osu!cloud?
osu!cloud hosts your replays, beatmaps, and skins!
Spent 3 hours on this project.
We also have hi-speed downloads!

Though the clouds seems a bit off...

The index page is very messy. Firstly you haven't set a doctype for the page. Secondly I don't understand why you used <center> tags. You should have gone with css to try to center the elements. Same thing with the font element i don't get why you don't use css. You should probably make a few changes to make sure the site is html5 compliant.
The idea is very cool though.

DO NOT. USE. <center>. HTML5 officially marks it as deprecated.

In 2015, we use css and do

.element-to-be-centered {
    /* if it's text */
    text-align: center;
    /* if it's an image */
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
}

<div class="element-to-be-centered">My fancy text</div>

I also remember that boostrap has a class for centered text.
