I'm just gonna cut to the chase, I have $100 as a budget. I need the cheapest PC/Laptop that can play osu/other low-end games. Winner gets my soul. (Not that you would want it, i'm pretty annoying)

You might search local newspapers for used machine. For 100$ i wouldn't expect something even decent. Be prepared for integrated stuff on MB.
One of cheap models for notebooks might be Lenovo B50 or even lower grade.
Unfortunely i don't know exacly how IT market works in USA so i cannot help you in case of searching stuff there.

I don't even think $100 can get you ANY pc unless it's used and very old. And can't play osu!
