So I have a very annoying program on my computer called Norton Family, and what it does is block gaming websites and the osu database counts as one so when osu wants to connect to it to upload my score it fails. However I can disable it and that's how I rank up, but sometimes it pops back up, and unfortunately in the middle of songs to which I can't disable. I just FC'd a song right after the program popped up again and I wonder if it's possible to upload your play in order for me to get PP.

I'm not sure if you can, but I would look for a way to disable norton family completely

You can't do that. You should probably get rid of this cancerware instead.

So again, I was playing a map and I was close to finishing when my dad made me take a break play piano. I recently got back after like a few hours, unpaused, FC'd the map and then finished with full connection to bancho and the score didn't submit...

Make osu an exception
I heard in most (if not all) anti-virus programs you can put exceptions
Then it'll stop interfering
As for the other thing, no, you can't upload replays to get pp (this is in order to prevent hacking)
