- In my opinion, the flow could be a lot better on all difficulties. I've pointed out some of the spots where you can improve the flow, but you don't need to follow through on them if you believe that the flow is fine.

Easy
- Consider adding a note at the following places:

- 00:05:244
- 00:14:911
- 00:29:577
- 00:33:577
- 00:36:244
- 00:38:911

- Consider making the note at 00:11:244(4) into a 2/1 slider

Something like this maybe?

I was just thinking (it is actually ranking criteria) that spinner in Easy should have a little pause (recovery time) of one or two ticks.

So I suggest to start it here 00:07:577 (1) - and finish 00:08:577 - or 00:08:911 - but it's up to you

00:17:911(2) - This kind of flow doesn't feel right for this kind of song (having the slider-end point somewhere other than somewhat in the direction of the next hitobject).
00:35:244(2,3,4,5,6) - This part looks really bad to me. The curve is very imperfect. If you need to, use a slider to create a perfect curve, then adjust the placement of the circles to the slider.

Mechanically, I think the map would be okay IF... IFFFF... the slider velocity were lower. This slider velocity is too high for the approach rate, and because of this, the map becomes very uncomfortable to play in my opinion.

Returning to the part of aesthetics, there are some parts like 01:01:911 (6) - or 01:13:911 (1) - that you could improve some aspects like blankets in this case. Yeah, this diff need more needs improvement but it's on the good road!

General

Rename the song title to Hey World (TV size) because "size" is not supposed to be capitalized. You might check this on original CD case.
Remove the '?' mark from source as it is not official part of the anime name. This can be confirmed on official website.
I suggest you to add ダンまち and Danmachi to tags because it is very often used abbreviation for the anime name and is used even by its developer.
normal-hitclap is delayed by 10ms which is higher than rankable 5ms delay. You might check it on screenshot below. Obviously, there is a fixed version of the hitsound, so you might use it.

normal-hitnormal has exactly the same issue as above file. You might check it below again and you can get the fixed file here.

You have to delete normal-hitfinishba.wav as it has completely no usage in the map. 'hitfinishBA' is not even read by the game.
normal-sliderslide is using wrong file for muting hitsounds. If muting, you are only allowed to use this file. There is some noise in your .wav, but it is not audiable, so it counts as muting which is allowed only by this file.
Remove all whistles from your map. Even on sliders for example 00:09:911 (1,2,3,4) - it is competely insensible placement. Reason is both normal-hitwhistle and normal-sliderwhistle are muted, but you are still using them in your map. That makes insensible things load but play nothing at all. Check it through all the maps apart from Taiko and remove it. When it is done, remove also normal-hitwhistle.wav and normal-sliderwhistle.wav files, because if you can mute the hitsound by removing them from map, why would there be additional files. Also this is also the hitsound with noise thingy as above, which is unrankable anyway.
mp3 file is very low quality. It seems it was re-encoded multiple times. It was definitely encoded from an mp3 within 80-90kbps range. Because the song's album was officially released, it is not a problem to get higher quality mp3. You might use this mp3 which I re-encoded from EAC version of the CD. You might compare the loss difference below (more kHz = more important informations carried by the mp3. Human ear is sensitive up to 18-22kHz depending on age and health of the ear, that means the difference can be noticed quite easily).

Up to 30MB filesize is alowed for a map with video. Actually, your video is quite low quality, low resolution, yet the filesize is still 8.35MB. I am not saying it is unrankable, this depends completely on you, but I think if you can, you should use the best qualities possible in all sides of your map. Using DivX today is quite out of the ordinary because of its low compression level and high loss - Or simplier, there are codecs with much better qualities and compression than DivX. You can get fairly better video file here if you agree with me.
Because you are using soft sampleset in start of the song, which is quiet - there is almost only piano, so a noise from the sliderslide is quite loud. You should probably replace it with this file and tick 'Custom 1' in audio settings for first two timing points which use soft.

Insane

00:12:577 (1) - Try to keep the distances visually similar in the same part. You might notice you keep the DS beetween 1.6 and 1.7, but here you just go to 1.0 suddenly, while the song doesn't show any significant change.
00:13:577 (4) - Similar thing as above, jumps or antijumps don't fit calm parts.
Because there are no rare sounds or changes as previously, the music stays constant, you should probably remove this NC as you are just giving player more HP than needed. For example on 00:18:577 (1) - it at least fitted the music, but here it feels kind of random.
00:41:244 (5) - Placement of this circle can be a bit confusing, because the distance looks like it might be 1/4, while it is 1/2. It would be maybe better if you stacked it with 00:41:411 (6) - so the player can see the approach circles better and he will recognize it really is 1/2. I suppose many players would judge by distance, because you didn't use such a low spacing on 1/2 pattern, but if you are using stacks, they will most likely check the approach circle and that will reduce the chance to mess up the accuracy here.
01:16:911 (2) - This is a bit similar as above. I recommend to stack this circle with 01:17:077 (3) - because the gaps between objects are constant and everything is 1/2, but this swaps to 1/1 while keeping the same distance. Making something special here could warn player a bit - You didn't use stacks for this part before, but you didn't even use the 1/1 notes. Now you are using them so making a stack would make a sensible difference. Or you can increase the spacing like you did on 01:22:411 (4,5,6) -
Fade the spinner on the end the same way as it is on Hard. It is quite loud considering there is almost no music.

Lazer's Hard

You cannot use the same slider velocity as Insane. It made the spread quite off. There should be something like 1.4 or 1.3, but not the same as insane. It doesn't make sense for easier difficulty to be the same difficult as harder one.
00:00:578 - Clap here doesn't really fit there because there is only piano in background.
00:01:911 (1) - Same as above.
Well... your hitsounds are completely messed up. You just put clap on each new combo and you ignore the song. For example there is a snare on 00:02:577 (4) - but you put it rather on 00:02:577 (4) - because you want to keep consistency and put it all on NC, which doesn't work well in this map. You can completely remake the hitsounds by yourself or I can recommend you to use grumd's Hitsound Copier and take the hitsounds from Insane (when the whistle hitsound issue on his maps is fixed).

Normal

Hitsound might be improved by hitsounding sliderticks, but that's up to you. Also in some parts it seems the hitsounds are a bit inconsistent with the song so you might use grumd's Hitsound Copier as I recommended on Hard.
00:03:244 (2) - You have to avoid inconsistent spacing in normal difficulty. This could be maybe tolerated, but why? It is 'normal' because it is for inexperienced players.
00:08:577 (5,1) - Just said it above, though 4.2x jump is quite extreme for normal difficulty. You barely see such a jump on insane. Form this pattern to such a shape which will make the spacing nice and consistent. You cannot really make jumps there.
00:31:244 (1) - I would call this 'ideal place for a combo break'. Jumps are hard for newbies, but lower spacing will confuse them the same way. Because there is only a little difference between regular 1/1 gap and 3/2 gap - to be simplier, it looks like 00:31:244 (1) - and 00:30:244 (4) - are the same far from 00:30:744 (5) - but time between 00:30:744 (5,1) - is 1/2 note longer. That means regular newbie would play this with the same speed as previous notes, thus he would click like it was 1/1, which would be 1/2 earlier and that would result in a miss. Even a low spacing can be dangerous, for that reason, keep it consistent throughout easy and normal difficulties.
00:40:577 (1) - This is the same as above. I know there is not enough place for regular spacing, but adjust it a bit so there is not that low distance while the time gap is so huge.
If you want to make your difficulty perfect, check for other distance snap differences. AIMod can check for them if you tick it on the top of it, but it will ignore the distance on new combos.
Same thing about the spinner as on insane.

Easy

HP -1 or -2. It cannot be the same as normal, that's insensible and there mostly was approximately 2 difference between AR and HP, so one-diff inconsistency would look unreasonable
Slider velocity should be lower or normal's should be higher to make a better spread, currently there are big gaps between the hard diffs, but the problem is also that Hard should have lower SV, because currently it's the same as Insane.
I can still suggest you to use slidertick hitsound. Normal was quite okay, but in easy there are so many sounds missing so it sounds empty and thus you used it on places where it doesn't even fit. You can also copy the hitsound from insane as I recommended on other diffs to avoid the inconsistencies. Insane fits quite well apart from that whistle issue.
Check for little spacing inconsistencies. There are not so many as on Normal, but there are still some little changes which might be confusing.
Same thing about spinner as on insane and normal.

Conclusion: Unrankable
The map will need a lot of improvement, there were many unrankable things and you should take a look at them. Overally there is some mapping skill, some sensibility, but it needs to be smoothed a bit. Consistency is also very important and you should care more about not doing obvious mistakes, like 4.2x jump on normal or using hitsounds which you muted etc. If you need some help or didn't understand anything from the map, feel free to ask me in-game, if I am online, I'll be glad to help you out. :3
