Main issue is that the distance snap varies a lot among patterns where the music doesn't change to the slightest, making the Insane very inconsistent; this also hurts the playability of it. I'd go for http://puu.sh/hipSI/1db70076f5.jpg because the slider now has a similar flow with 01:08:480 (1,2,3) - and it improves the transition to the next object, which is better than what you have currently flow-wise.
Lastly, there are small, small things that you can do to polish up the difficulty. 00:14:556 (1,2,3,4,1) - The triangle could be much better and more equal compared to your earlier one. 01:27:467 (1,2,3,4,1) - It really has a sloppy curve, I know you can do better!

01:28:037 - why 5-10% volume, in the song is actually as loud as this one 01:27:847 - . So that 10% really don't fit the song at all xD, even if is the end of the slider and is not something osu standard player will tap, 10% shouldn't be use just because is the end of the song @.@
You guys go all high to lowest in the end, while Ipas's go higher and higher for the end, which is probably what I hear myself as well.

It seems theramdans' Insane get deleted, rather than improving its quality which is the main DQed issue here, haha such a laziness shame
There's no taiko diff in this mapset before last qualified, but apparently the creator add unnecessary new taiko diff here, and as RC said at least there's should be two taiko difficulties in the mapset https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/Ranking_Criteria
Not that I care much, but tbh it's easier to re-call last nominator to re-bubble or maybe re-qualified this, since there's no more theramdans' Insane on the mapset which is the main DQed issue here. Well good luck on your new mapset, it will take forever to be ranked
