Disqualified. The hitsound file drum-hitnormal2 is completely silent, therefore a couple of notes in TicClick's Hard and Irre's Insane provide no feedback. Please ensure that all clickable notes are audible, by using a non-silent hitsound instead.

it's used for the bell in the intro, the bell sounds ugly with any other sound combined with it, I'll get it fixed on the other diffs though

Yeah you can of course just use a different hitnormal for those diffs, just check every difficulty again carefully that no clickable object is silent.
