If you want, i will create a storyboard fix for the SB
you will just open it, copy, replace the old .osb

Because
Standard --> I want to to this mode as last, as most Bn are standard
Taiko --> I can ask for drum
CtB --> ALL CtB BN are either busy or not taking requests (CTB BN, PLEASE)
O!M --> Waiting on Zan's and Kuo's fix

I will delete your diffs
Zan lost mood of it, and the spread then gets messed up again (and Kuo also doesn't seem to fix his diff)
This map will only have a 7K spread from now on
Give me some time to delete Zan and Kuo from tags orz

Remove the removed diffs' names from the description.

[Normal]
00:26:408 (2,3) - Blanket.
00:31:208 (4,1) - Rather bad overlap, consider moving 00:32:008 (5,1) selection to start from 352|348.
00:44:408 (4,1) - This turn doesn't play good and requires a strict direction change, so rotating the (1) by 33 degrees and moving it to 256|200 should do the job to improve this pattern well enough.
00:56:358 (1) - Blanket could be improved just a bit by moving this to 300|240.
00:57:958 (3) - 436|92. Same reasons as above.
01:07:158 (3) - 55|174. Same reasons as above.
01:18:758 (1) - 236|212. Same as above, again.
01:21:158 (4) - And here just improve the shape for a better blanket.
01:25:158 (1) - Kinda fine already, but still same thing as above.
01:58:758 (2,1) - Swap NC. Also the SB gets nauseating here (now while drunk, at least).

My main complaint is the boring patterning (which I couldn't even mention because that'd take a whole night) and senseless distance halving. Flow-wise it's mainly alright.

Aaaaand just general comments about the latter two diffs below.

The gap between Hard and this is just.... unfair.

What should I do to get this ranked?
Here I'm talking about deleting diffs. I have a feeling the CtB diffs hinder the ranking process a lot, not because of their quality, but because of the lack of BN
Mania and standard have enough BN, so Its probably safe to keep those, but Taiko BN are also really scarce
If someone knows a good idea, please post, I just need some help on this, to get it ranked. The longer it takes, the more I lose my motivation to rank this map, but that is something I really wanna do, considering the map is already 1 year and 8 months old

Anyway, I'll focus this mod on aesthetics.

General

"Pulse1.png" => Recommended maximum size for 16:9 images is 960x540. For 4:3 images I think it's 800x600. Also, you could have used the JPG format instead. Here's an image <800x600, 246KB> that saves you the job.
=> I think the scale changes on this image are too big. If you're going to use the image I provided, the scale changes would be 1-1.2, 1-1.4 or something like that. But IMO even without changing the scale values it still looks good.
"Music1.png"=> 03:19:558 - Just move this to the center perhaps?

doubt that removin ctb/taiko diffs really makes the process faster, seeing as 20 months isn't for std/mania neither

I just remembered I have to mod this mapset. Sorry for the late mod, I usually take breaks from modding once a time.

General

The hitsound file normal-hitclap.wav has a silence of ~1.5 second after the sound. Weird, but it's not unrankable. You can maybe trim the sound.
Recheck the tags in Nya Nya Neko's Hard. It still has the mapper that made some osu!mania difficulties in the tags, Kyo Kyoka.
You can remove the duplicate tag Nya in the tags.

I think the pulse is too much. As too much I meant the scale is big. It's kind of distracting and it makes a little headache to me. Try lowering a bit the scale.
Some of the pulses starts too early, like 01:02:558 -, 01:03:358 -, and they don't fit with the music.
The word Lyric should be in plural, Lyrics, since the composer made more than a lyric.

Lapis's Normal

The recommended value for the stack leniency is 0.3 to 0.9.

00:14:408 (3) - I'd put a circle or the head of a slider on the downbeat (00:14:808 - ). The repeat sounds weird and the strong objects (the ones I named) usually land on big downbeats. I would try adding a circle on 00:14:408 then a 1/1 slider on 00:14:808 .
01:28:358 (6) - Add a new combo.
01:46:758 (2,1) - Be careful with the distance you're using between them. It breaks the constant distance through the map, so it will confuse the players. You can try a pattern like this, but it requires the change the next patterns.

I'm not going to nitpick every nazi things, so resuming will go. Some of the blanket patterns are off, and some sliders may need a little polish, like the curve sliders, like 00:59:558 (1) . If possible, try finding them and try to change them.

Nya Nya Neko's Hard

00:20:408 (3,1) - The short distance will and may confuse the players since it's a different rhythm you use. Basically, you decided to use 1.00x as the distance snap, so you should respect that. Not strictly, but must. Try to do another pattern, like this:

Repeating a similar pattern to a same place is boring to me and to the map in my opinion. I'd make another pattern. You can try this:

01:29:958 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - This is too hard for a Hard to me. I would try a rhythm like this:

01:31:558 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Similar to a suggestion, check the distance there. The distance between 01:33:558 (5,6) is similar to 01:31:558 (1,2,3) . Both have a different rhythm, which will confuse the players due to the distance. Make the distance between them constant, so 1.0x.
01:41:958 (1,2,3,4) - Like the previous suggestion, use the distance snap for this. It's confusing because of 01:41:158 (1,2) .
01:49:158 (1) - Because 01:48:358 (3) is obscuring some of the slider, the players might not notice that. I recommend to make another shape for the long slider, or move to a new position for the short slider.
03:07:958 (2,3) - Be careful with the distance.

This difficulty requires some attention, but I have to say that the mapping is quite old (well, the map is old, so it might be a reason). Maybe some polish to the patterns and check the distance with caution.[/list]

00:13:208 to 00:18:008 - I don't understand why this part is faster than the one that starts on 00:18:008 . It's weird after all. Try reducing the slider velocity from the original value (1.00), or you can try to make the section 00:19:608 to 00:26:008 faster like the first section.
00:47:608 (1,2) - It's my personal preferences, but this pattern looks ugly to me; the overlap and the second slider. I don't know what to suggest to be honest, here is it random pattern. If you have your own, then use it.

01:13:958 (8) - Add a new combo, and remove it from 01:15:358 (1) .
01:18:758 to 01:23:558 - Might want to check the new combos.
02:24:358 (8) - Maybe a new combo, since it's a big downbeat?

Sorry, the storyboard was too eye-hurting I can't mod very well..

Normal is too hard for beginners, of which QAT won't probably approve. (I won't either, so if you need my recheck you need to map an Easy.)

[Storyboarding]
Though nothing to change, using Loop function can reduce sb space and make it neater.
I think the script isn't really well... the transformation at kiai is too distracting. using a glow behind the girl and making it shines every beat is a good replacement (hard to explain, kinda like https://osu.ppy.sh/s/51065, but replace shadow with light glow)

00:26:008 - 00:38:808 - this part is overall merely clockwise spinning. maybe you can consider some interesting patterns with a higher diversity...

I'm not going to nitpick every nazi things, so resuming will go. Some of the blanket patterns are off, and some sliders may need a little polish, like the curve sliders, like 00:59:558 (1) . If possible, try finding them and try to change them.

I changed a few things (read as a lot) because the diff doesn't keep up with current standards
As there is an easy now, I made it harder, to prevent spread issues, but I can't get it above 2 stars, so keeping it this way
Also did hitsounds, and applied all above or remapped (minor changes though)

This timing is all messed up I can't help significantly here. Please seek out for it as it's most certainly wrong. The first and last sections are early (~10 ms) and the second section is very late (~20ms)

[storyboard]
Your background is 4:3, so either use a widescreen background (I suggest http://i.imgur.com/KylXWYr.jpg) or disable widescreen support. It is also very poor quality as it is a low quality jpg saved as a png, so you should certainly use a better quality image.
When you do flashes, make sure the flash starts out at the same size as the background. This is very difficult to look at. You need to scale the image to 0.625. You'll need to edit the osb file to do that.
Pulse1.png is identical to the background. Just use the background in the bottom layer of the foreground. Put all the lyrics in the foreground as well.
Make sure the lyrics aren't on top of any letters in the background (they overlap the "A" in "CALOID" often).

[Fxtra]
I can't follow the logic in the rhythms you have here. It's all very haphazard. I can't really add anything concrete as this is style (I guess?).

Your background is 4:3, so either use a widescreen background (I suggest http://i.imgur.com/KylXWYr.jpg) or disable widescreen support. It is also very poor quality as it is a low quality jpg saved as a png, so you should certainly use a better quality image.
When you do flashes, make sure the flash starts out at the same size as the background. This is very difficult to look at. You need to scale the image to 0.625. You'll need to edit the osb file to do that. If you tell me how to do this
Pulse1.png is identical to the background. Just use the background in the bottom layer of the foreground. Put all the lyrics in the foreground as well.
Make sure the lyrics aren't on top of any letters in the background (they overlap the "A" in "CALOID" often). Is that a serious problem?
