[resolved] 1% volume acts like 0%

Problem Details:
Just as the title says. 1% doesnt work.

Works for me, just turn up your windows volume.

I can hear "loud" and clear 2%, but 1% and 0% behave exactly the same to me.
Lol of course its just me :p

Do you have effect/music volume lower then 100%?
Then it's normal

Tested it. I've put the master volume at 1% there's music, but if you lower down the music volume even on 99% the music stops and mutes. the solution is to turn the music volume to 100%.

Even if you turn up your window's volume, it still doesn't work.

It's not really a problem though~ it depends on the master volume.

99% of 1% of total, is less <1% --> no sound
