Это должно порушить консистенси не много, но будет играться намного приятнее.

  1. There is no Preview Point in Hard, apparently.
  2. Kiai doesn't really fit how you put it. It's filling up so much of the map and also the whole section has a lot of sudden breaks etc in the music so constant kiai should be avoided imo. You could just have kiai fountains at 00:23:727 and 00:35:579 and have the rest of the map without kiai.
[Normal]

  1. 00:08:912 (5,1) - What the jump o:
  2. 00:16:320 - I don't understand why there is Drum Sampleset and a Whistle here. There is nothing in the music that this hitsound could follow imo.

  4. 00:40:394 (1) - The Soft Sampleset seems random here o:

  6. Your NCing needs work. I think you tried to place them fitting to certain patterns, but they seem random and inconsistent for the most part. The best would probably be to have one NC every second big white tick and nowhere else, to have a clean and logical comboing pattern.

Yeah, cool, it's actually pretty good now. Just last little fixes before I'm going to bubble this. These two are for Normal:
00:35:949 (2) - I don't know if you edited it or if I just missed it last time, but this blanket really should be improved.
00:43:357 (1) - 352|240 please, it's too high now and it ruins the flow. Here's also a placement suggestion for the last two objects. http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2856795

Remove the timingpoints at 17:801 and 48:172. (Normal)
Remove the timingpoint at 48:172. (Hard)
These points have identical timingpoints just before them, and therefore are completely unnecessary.

Also there's this error:

(I don't know why didn't I check the technical stuff properly last time orz)

It is a part of this video and it is sounds like the artist intended to have it here. As for the quality of mp3, I've checked it and it seems quite acceptable for me. Though I wouldn't mind another check. If you're still unsure, the genre is glitch, and it is its nature to have this kind of noises. More info.

  1. нормал-хитнормал слишком громкий, сделай версию тише из стандартного, что-то около -3db должно быть лучше
  2. ^ не забудь сделать версию normal-hitnormal2.wav из него
  3. вы же собирались обрезать мп3? http://puu.sh/gq7TQ/222de259cc.mp3 оффсет менять не надо
  4. нормал надо сделать сложнее (плотнее в плане ритма) или замапать еще одну сложность(что лучше), сейчас твой сет
    [I---H------N] Хард достаточно много использует 1\2 ритмы + триплеты + есть даже не большой стрим, когда твой нормал это в основном 2\1 и 1\1 с одним-двумя 1\2

  1. 00:32:061 (4,5) - добавьте им каких-нибудь хитсаундов, вистлы к примеру, их сейчас не слышно совсем
    00:43:357 (2) - из-этого можно сделать авто-драм + финиш, просто хитнормал звучит лишним из-за хсов на этом слайдере 00:43:542 (3)

@Sieg: The timing is good (I checked) and the difficulty spread/note density between each difficulty has just about the equal amount if difficulty increase for each section of the map without overdoing it (I double-checked this one. If any QAT disagree, then I can at least learn from it. No worries). Anyways, we only fixed some minor stuff in Insane and set the AR to 5 on Normal difficulty. No changes from Hard difficulty (check IRC mod below).
