I made some vegetarian noodlewok.
First I fried the vegetables in coconut oil and added some soy sauce, vinegar, herbal salt and chicken spice to give them some more flavour. I fried the cooked noodles quickly in a mixture of sunflower oil and butter to give them that good fried noodle taste. Then I just mixed it all together and voilà and awesome and tasty dish is done. Overall I'm really pleased with how the food turned out.
