You missed score-comma again, like in the IA skin last time.
Also design a spinner-circle. Some kind of visual indication that you spin should be needed.

As you can see the question should be why is score-dot only used for 0%?
I don't know why but iirc someone said that it has to do with some regions or countries using comma to display decimals and others using dot.

Aaaah that's why I didn't notice the element missing, it always shows the point for me (I'm too lazy to add it to gumi's skin, it isn't in the completed sub forum and I didn't even requested it)
