Oh yeah, exactly - how does it work, when we don't give login information? You have to log in into osu! in order to downlaod maps iirc.

I took a peek under the hood, seems that the program uses bloodcat to download the beatmaps 
Kinda simple application but can be very useful.

But its actually super useful if you don't have supporter though. Cuz if its using bloodcat mirrors im pretty sure it won't have a download cap, plus seamless importing makes it just like anything else.
As with all executables, make sure you completely trust the author of this before running it. It could do anything to your PC/data.

I really love this program, but i have a small suggestion xD.
For now, after download map, the program will auto start osu and import beatmap. But can you change it into an option instead of auto?
I mean, it will download beatmap and store in same folder with program, and we can import it another time xD

As the program identifies "http://" for urls, https will lead to an error ><"

Of coz it works... I programmed that part -3-
I found out that on maps with * in the title, it can't download, coming up with an illegal characters error.
If you can fix it can you?

Even though I have supporter in Osu! I wanted try this for fun. When I putted correct url from beatmap (as example: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/44) program answered with following error message item not found, please visit osu.ppy.sh. Is it because this haven't been updated in a while or am I doing something wrong?

I tried downloading some beatmaps, and it didnt work, I even tried the one you had in the post, I've been trying for 3 days now.
One of the beatmaps I tried was https://osu.ppy.sh/s/191723 but that didnt even work, I changed https:// to http://, I had tried everything, but with no change.
