Went through the icons and I have some suggestions:
-There are no mania mod icons in the .rar, I'd really love to have all mods skinned no matter what mode it is, just to be fair
-You could use same character for one mod slot (SD/PF, DT/NC, 4/5/6/7/8K, Auto/Cinema, Auto Pilot/Random, Hidden/FadeIn dunno if I missed something), and just change their expressions
-This font fits really well but it blends too much into heart frame, try to use some shading or just slightly darker colour
