A major issue of this diff is that the strong claps end up on slider ends and repeats, when they should be on circles and slider heads to represent the music better and give the players satisfaction when playing. There is an awful lot of finish spam during the kiais and they sound waaaay out of place! Try and remove some of them and use only when appropriate. Some patterns can be improved but overall it plays fine. There are even some nice plays here and there that keep the map interesting!
  1. 00:11:095 (3) - Bring the anchor of this slider further out, so that there is less of a harsh curve. Also it'll create a nicer blanket with 00:10:720 (2) - . Finally it will make for some nice flow in to 00:12:595 (1) -
  2. 00:14:095 (4) - 126:149 to be perfectly stacked underneath of 00:12:970 (2) - 's slider end. Because of the low AR this is noticeable in gameplay. Also, I recommend you change this to a straight slider going up and then down so that the curve isn't so harsh and it will flow better downwards in to the following circle.
  3. 00:14:095 (4,1) - Meh I would avoid this overlap if possible, the hitburst obstructs the view of the slider head making it look a bit cluttered
  4. 00:18:220 (4,1) - This blanket can be improved, use 4's approach circle to help you fix this
  5. 00:20:845 (4,1) - I would also try to avoid this overlap, its so miniscule that it looks like it shouldn't be there. If you are going to overlap things, make sure it looks intended to the player!
  6. 00:22:720 (2,1) - Stack these appropriately, 2's hitburst is still visible when 1 appears, making it look messy
  7. 00:23:095 (3) - Invert the curve of this slider, so that it flows better coming from and going to the following pattern, here is an example of what you could do
  8. 00:26:095 (3) - Eh the whistle doesn't quite fit the slider head here, try and find a hitsound that could add some variety. Maybe something in the drum sampleset. You can also apply that to sliders like 00:23:095 (3) - as well
  9. 00:27:595 (1,2,3,4,5) - This play comes out as a bit awkward. You have 1 2 and 3 having upward flow, and then you are immediately changing the direction of the play by having 4's sliderbody go downwards. You can remedy it by making 4 a straight slider angled slightly upwards, and then having 5 on the end going downwards. Here is an example
  10. 00:39:595 (1,2) - Blanket can be improved, use 2's approach circle to help you fix this
  11. 00:42:970 (1,2) - This just doesn't quite capture the rhythm that is going on here, try something like this. I found it sounded and played way better
  12. 00:44:095 (3) - Take the finish off of the head and change it with a whistle or something, it is really loud and obnoxious plus it doesn't really go with the music here
  13. 00:45:595 (1,4) - This is a very bad overlap to make, because 1's hitburst still lingers over 4's repeat, kind of obstructing the view of it. I highly recommend you try to avoid this. Also looks kind of sloppy. You can try something like this to avoid it
  14. 00:46:720 (3,1) - Stack can be improved. Because of the low AR this is noticeable in play. Move 1 to 480:128 to fix this. Also be sure to fix the spacing later on at the end of the slider after moving
  15. 00:50:095 (3) - This slider's shape is a bit random and plays very weird. For better flow coming from and to the next pattern try a shape like this, will also look cleaner and provide for a better blanket!
  16. 01:03:220 (5,1) - Blanket can be improved, use 5's approach circle to help you out with this
  17. 01:06:595 (1,2) - Blanket can be improved, use 2's approach circle to help you with this, also be sure to fix 01:04:345 (2) - 's slider shape to replicate the change and maintain perfect symmetry
  18. 01:10:720 (2) - I would move this so it isn't stacked underneath of the slider end. These are really hard to read, and since this is the lower difficulty you should cut players some slack here
  19. 01:18:595 (1) - The slider shape here sags a bit down almost going off screen. I would move the slider end away since you are using an anchor here. Try something like this maybe? You could also get a blanket going
  20. 01:26:470 (2,3) - Blanket can be improved, use 2's approach circle to help you out with this
  21. 01:33:595 (1) - Why change the rhythm here? Be consistent and use the same one you had at the beginning of the first kiai. It sounds and plays way better!
  22. 01:56:095 (3) - Why did you stop mapping here? Continue to map until the end of the kiai! There is a rhythm there you have to map, otherwise move the kiai end to where the last note was
  23. 02:53:470 (3,4) - Blanket can be improved, use 3's approach circle to help you out with this
  24. 02:58:720 (2,3) - Blanket can be improved, use 2's approach circle to help you fix this
The last kiai was a major improvement over the other two, and was quite impressive in comparison! Try and add a spinner somewhere so that the scores can be staggered

[Hard]
Big improvements here over the normal, looks good! Still have the finish spam as before, try and work on that
  1. 00:09:220 (1) - Meh remove this, you didn't do it in the normal so for consistency's sake just take it out
  2. 00:53:095 (1,2,3) - This could turn out to be really confusing and hard to read if the player isn't using the bundled skin, I would move 2 somewhere else at least so we can see 3
  3. 00:57:595 (1,2,1,2) - Wow! I am very impressed with this pattern! It goes so well with the music, and the movement is so fluid with the play. It is probably the most enjoyable pattern in the map, nice job!
  4. 01:00:595 (1,2) - Blanket can be improved. Use 2's approach circle to help you with this
  5. 01:08:095 (1) - I wouldn't make this a 3/4 slider, plays and sounds better as a 1/2. Notice how you have to quiet the slider end? That is a sign that it shouldn't be 3/4!
  6. 01:20:095 (1) - ^
  7. 01:24:970 (2,3) - The movement here is a bit awkward. You have the first slider going downwards and then you have the last going straight up the other direction, try something like this to help it flow better and make for some nice play
  8. 01:25:532 - The pause in the music here doesn't really play too good and is a bit random, I would add a note to compensate and to keep the momentum going
  9. 02:44:657 (2) - This slider doesn't really do a good job capturing what is going on in the music, especially since the slider repeat doesn't really land on anything in the music
Nice diff! Although I think this map suffers from the reverse of the normal - the first and second kiais play very well and contain some pretty intuitive patterns but I found the last kiai to be a bit lacking in comparison. I did find the gap between difficulties to be a bit high, but you should be fine. Other than that, its great!

Good luck! I hope my mod helped a bit, if you have any questions feel free to poke me in pm.

  1. Maybe AR 4 instead of 4,5?
  2. 00:10:720 (2,3) - Nazi blanket.
  3. 00:19:720 (3,4) - ^
  4. 00:21:595 (1) - This slider is too near the scorebar, I suggest to lower it a bit. Also you made a blanket with (4), but I want you to make (1) symmetrical
  5. 00:32:845 (4,1) - Distance Snap you used here is 1,1 , but you used 1,0 earlier. Fix it and make a perfect triangle 00:32:095 (3,4,1) -
  6. 00:42:970 (1,2) - Blanket.
  7. 00:50:095 (3,1) - Nazi blanket.
  8. 01:02:095 (3) - This slider breaks the flow too much, maybe delete the middle point?
  9. 01:06:595 (1,2) - Blanket
  10. 01:11:470 (3,1) - ^
  11. 01:13:345 (2,3) - ^

  18. 01:13:720 (3,4,1) - Make a perfect trinagle?
  19. 02:20:470 - 02:21:595 - Why not to map this part? It's too empty
  20. 02:32:095 (4,2) - Bad overlap
  21. 02:43:345 (2,3) - Blanket? If you don't want to make usual blanket, you can do smth like this or idk:
[Hard]
  1. Check the last kiai time pls, something's wrong with it
  2. 00:14:845 (3,4,5,6) - This pattern could be better. Use "Create poligon circles" to make an pentagon, delete one circle and move it like you wanted.
  3. 00:17:657 (2,3) - 00:17:657 (2,3) - Blanket.
  4. 00:40:907 (4) - This circle breaks your flow. I's move it higher then 00:41:095 (1) -
  5. 00:48:407 (5,1) - Blanket
  6. 00:57:970 (2,1,2) - It's better to make this way, you need just to rotate it a bit (10 degrees or so):

  7. 01:07:345 (3,1) - Bad overlap
  8. 01:19:157 (3) - I want to change this moment a bit. Add a circle here 01:19:157 - , then start a slider from 01:19:345 - to 01:19:532 - . This pattern doesn't ignore the downbeat and fits the song!
  9. 01:41:188 (1) - This circle should be here 01:41:095 -
  10. 01:56:657 (3,4) - Blanket
  11. 02:09:970 (1,2) - ^

  6. 01:57:595 (1) - I jeszcze tutaj. xD Bakari mi kazał ;_; Ale dałem finish bo w tle słychać XD
  8. 02:10:345 - Tu jest tak pusto że ludzie mogą się gubić strasznie. Ciężko przez to o SS. : / Ale czemu pusto ;_;
  9. 02:21:595 (1) - I tutaj też nie ma gwizdka. ;_; Bakari mi kazał ;_;
  10. 02:59:845 (4) - Może tutaj też na początek dać można gwizdek? Og
  11. 03:15:595 (1) - Błagam zamiast klapsa daj gwizdek bo to nie pasuje : / Krfawy mi kazał ;_;
Hard
: / Og
  4. 00:44:095 (1) - Gdzie jest klaps na końcu slidera. Ups XD
  5. 01:27:595 (1) - Gdzie gwizdek ;_____; Jak w normalu^
  6. 01:47:095 (1,3,4,1) - Ale na początku chyba mogły by być gwizdki w tych sliderach? xD Oraz 01:49:345 (3) - tutaj? Oki
  7. 02:20:188 (1) - Ale tutaj serio by się przydał : / Jak w normalu^
  8. 02:31:720 (4) - CTRL + G?

Consider setting the preview time to 01:33:595 - , I believe that it will have more impact when people hear the preview than starting it at 01:32:657 - . For a preview, I feel that the chorus has more impact if you leave out the build up.

Normal
  1. 00:33:595 - , 02:21:595 - I think it'd be nice if you have a timing point here with ~30-40% volume so the hit circle will be barely audible. This way you can hear the bell/tink sound in the music, and I think this creates a nice effect.
  2. 00:53:095 (3,4,5,6) - to match the vocal it would be cool if these hit circles were arranged so they went up and down.

    00:53:470 (4) - is stacked under the tail of 00:52:345 (2) - , 00:52:345 (2,5) - forms a blanket and 00:52:345 (2,5,6) - forms a triangle which is why this design looks pretty good.
  3. 00:57:595 (1) - are you missing a finish on the head or was this intentional? You have finish at 01:51:595 (1) - and 02:45:595 (1) -
  4. 01:13:345 (2,3) - not a big deal, but it might look neater if you move these a bit so they are properly stacked with 01:11:470 (3,4) - .
  5. 01:18:595 (1) - personally I think you should remap this slider without the red point because it looks better and so that the player can get the whole 'swing' feeling when they play the slider because it's curved.
  6. 02:07:345 (2,3) - feels out of place since it's not really mapping anything defined in the music at the slider repeat. Try something like this:

This way you map the beats and have a slider starting on the downbeat.
  7. 02:30:595 (1) - if you overuse finish hitsound it will lose its meaning. This part is not significant enough so I suggest you remove the finish. Same thing goes for 02:35:095 (4) - , 02:38:095 (2) - , 02:41:095 (3) - , 02:45:595 (1) - , 02:48:595 (1) - , 03:00:595 (1) -
  8. 03:15:595 (1) - I suggest you remove the clap and add timing point with volume around 20-30%. This will bring out the vocal more and will avoid attracting attention to the unnecessary hitsound.
  9. 03:18:595 - I suggest you add a spinner from here to 03:20:095 - to give the song a more 'complete' feeling. If you have no idea what I'm trying to say you can test it out or something.

Good work so far, but I'd say the first half of the last kiai time needs the most work (some patterns can look nicer)
Hard
  1. 00:13:345 (3) - try ctrl+g because 00:12:595 (1,2) - is going downwards so it will flow nice if 00:13:345 (3) - started from below.
  2. 00:14:845 (3,4,5,6) - try arranging it like this:
    (5) blankets with (1) which looks nice, and the jumps are fun to play imo, especially from (5) to (1).
  3. 00:15:970 (2) - hmm if you ctrl+g this and move 00:16:345 (3) - so they blanket, it looks nice and also plays out well.

You can do the same thing at 00:18:595 (1,2,3) - if you want
  4. 00:23:095 (1) - try ctrl+g here to make it more interesting. Flows well
  5. 00:33:595 (1,1) - same suggestion as in normal, make a timing point with reduced volume
  6. 00:51:032 (3) - ctrl+g here so that 00:51:032 (3,4,1) - is all one circular motion, it'll be fun to play
  7. 01:02:470 (2,3,4) - hmm try to find another way to arrange these objects so it looks nicer. Here is one example:
  8. 01:20:095 (1,2) - this can look nicer if you use the same shape for both sliders
  9. 01:24:407 (6,1) - this will flow better if you stack 01:23:282 (2,6) -
  10. 01:36:782 (2,3) - try stacking 01:36:220 (1,2) - and then moving 01:36:970 (3) - like this:

As a result, 01:36:970 (3,4) - will flow well and everything looks nicer imo
  11. 02:04:907 (4,1) - flow here can be improved if you move 02:04:907 (4) - to x 336 y 96 so that it blankets with 02:04:345 (3) - .
  12. 02:49:345 (3) - hm see if this will improve the flow/make it look nicer:

Circular motion is certainly fun to play
  13. 03:02:657 (2,3) - if you switch the positions of these objects it makes some nice circular flow (make 3 come before 2)
  14. 03:15:595 (1) - Same suggestions as normal for the ending: I suggest you remove the clap and add timing point with volume around 20-30%. This will bring out the vocal more and will avoid attracting attention to the unnecessary hitsound.
  15. 03:18:595 - I suggest you add a spinner from here to 03:20:095 - to give the song a more 'complete' feeling. If you have no idea what I'm trying to say you can test it out or something.

Keep up the good work, have fun mapping~ ( ゚▽゚)/

Thank you for the mod! I fixed most things, improved my map alot <3~
Aka
hello from oar mod q www~

general stuff

・the soft-hitclap youre using now doesnt fit the beats in this song well, its too tough imo. in the easiest difficulty u have a lot of 2/1 and 3/1 sliders, where u can hear the clap sound in music while slider ticks and it sounds kinda awkward when u hear one type of clap while these sliders and completely another clap hitsound on all of the objects. u could try this one and tell me what u think about it
・ mmm also u could add this whistle for sounds like 00:09:595 - , 00:33:595 - , 01:03:595 - , etc. just a suggestion
・not sure if the diff spread there is fine tho. i also saw Lust mentioning this before.. i think the problem can be solved by making in Hard a bit less spacing changes.

hard

・i noticed that you have lots of spacing changes on average parts but during the kiai ure following mostly1.2x.. it does feel pretty awkward D: and for the sake of solving the diff gap issue i'd recommend to reduce some spacing changes and the spacing of them as well
・00:11:845 (3) - i see you trying for a triangle pattern but it doesnt look neat overall with the (3) being there. u started with 1.0x spacing there and only this lonely slider has 1.2, looks pretty out of place. to keep the triangle pattern and leave the diff beginning neat move (2) to 379|180 and (3) to 327|235
・00:14:470 (2) - maybe its nazi but make it 1.1x after (1), so the spacing will be like 1.0x-> (1)1.1x-> (2)-> 1.2x(3) ~
・00:32:845 (3) - ^
・00:42:595 (1,4) - this overlap is almost but pretty visible during the gameplay. i've read that u like blankets and stuff so i'd suggest u making a rhombus pattern and make (5) be blanketed with already dissapeared (1). people remember what they've just played so i think its a good idea.
SPOILER

if u apply then:
00:43:157 (2,3) - 278|301
00:43:720 (4) - 351|344
00:43:907 (5) - 335|234
・00:44:095 (1) - 00:50:095 (1) - why did u stop using claps? >:
・00:21:595 (1,2) - blanket them somehow? ;_; looks not pretty. maybe like this 03:12:595 (1,2) -
・01:18:595 (1) - whistle on the head. it sounds suddenly empty without it
・02:15:407 (1) - i'd suggest to change this slider to a note-slider because of the hard beat and because of the inconsistency in comboing with this NC. smth like this?
・02:31:345 (3,4) - curve them a bit less? like 02:33:220 (3) - this one looks. your sliders have slight curve mostly and i like it, but these are not good-looking imo >:
・02:34:720 (4) - *nazi* but move it like this to make the flow natural?
・02:41:470 (2,3,1) - is it possible to make them not overlapped/blanketed? the 02:39:220 (3,4,1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - part this is pretty much clamped, would be better if you go out of this corner earlier
・02:42:220 (1) - mind placing an object because of the reason i mentioned before there 02:15:407 (1) - ?
・02:50:095 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1) - beats are becoming kinda stronger and exciting, THIS is the place where better to make a bit bigger spacing. try to lower it a bit before the pattern i mentioned and/or make a bit bigger there
・03:08:095 (1,2) - ummmm make them a bit more vertical like you did the same pattern before? overlapped (2) looks baaad
・the ending feels weird for me.. i dont actually like this sudden pause and the idea of the spinner at the very end.. maybe better to ask more people about this part but i believe that the spinner works not well there. same goes with normal.

overall its a nice diff with a nice flow. just make the spacing have more sense there and watch out for not breaking good-looking patterns and flow xD

normal

・00:14:095 (4) - change it to 3/2 slider to make the rhythm consistent with these 00:11:095 (3) - , 00:23:095 (3) - , 00:26:095 (3) -
・00:39:595 (1,4) - blanket them? owo
・00:45:595 (1) - finish on head? you always have finisher on this part :о
・00:48:595 (1) - whistle on head
・01:18:220 (4,1) - make (4) blanketed better
・01:32:095 - move the break starting on the big white tick
・02:33:407 (6,1) - blanket with (5) or move them a bit to make it more obvious
・02:36:220 (1,2) - the gap between your diff is already high and would be better if you shorten the amount of long sliders like these. stick to the 1/1 rhythm you had before. 02:38:095 (2) - finisher on the tail sounds out of place tho o.o
・02:41:095 (3) - whistle, empty there
・02:50:095 - the pause feels pretty awkward. you could place a 1/1 slider there but the overall structure for your next patterns could be ruined

and thats all from me, good luck :>~

General

Normal: PreviewTime: 93595
Hard: PreviewTime: 93501

^ They don't match up

Normal

00:13:720 (3,5,1) - you could position them such that they have equal spacing between all of them
01:32:095 - the end of break time seems to start randomly, fix it to a line like this one?
02:36:220 (1,2) - I don't think it flows well here
03:06:220 (1) - having it higher would be better, better for moving from 03:05:095 (4)
03:17:095 - add a note, don't leave such an empty gap, just to end with 1 more spinner

Hard

00:18:218 (3) - not snapped
00:10:720 (4,1) - the held vocal starts at 00:10:901 which happens to currently be on the end of a slider, which doesn't really play as well as it should, readjust the rhythm here to fit it?
00:56:657 (4) - whistle on start of slider
01:12:970 (2,3) - blanket each other
01:44:657 (2) - whistle on start of slider
01:47:845 (3) - ctrl-h would have better movement from the previous circle
02:44:657 (2,3) - whistle on start of slider
03:17:095 - add a note

Seems like a big jump from Normal to Hard, you might want to either reduce the gap or find something to bridge it. Good Luck

  1. On #modhelp we came to the conclusion that the title definitely has to be "Heart Skips a Beat". Source: Itunes
  2. Ranking Criteria wrote:

When skinning gameplay elements, complete sets of elements must be skinned. For instance, if you skin hitcircles, you must include a hitcircle.png, hitcircleoverlay.png, approachcircle.png, and a slider border color (this can be done by adding the line "SliderBorder: 255,255,255" (using RGB values) under the [Colours] section of each .osu file). The same logic applies to hitbursts, cursors, numbers, and anything else of this nature. If you didn't intend to skin an element in the set, then using the templateskin's version is okay. Setting a SkinPreference is also acceptable (e.g. forcing the default skin).
In case you don't know how to do it, do it like this: http://puu.sh/b74iy/0f90a1a69f.png Btw, 255,255,255 looks really nice with your skin: http://puu.sh/b74lZ/40871dc727.jpg
  3. I made a 1366x768-version of your background, because that's the recommended size. Was done by stretching it a little bit and cutting a very little bit from the top and the bottom. In case you don't like it, use yours.
  4. The Hard has Widescreen Support enabled, although AiMod doesn't point this out (stupid Aimod ;w;). Please disable it.
  5. 00:39:501 - Place your Preview Point here, at the first kiai, because then the song can contiue for longer until it has to loop when you listen to it on song select. Also, I recommend you to place it a blue tick earlier: It sounds better because of the fade-in!

  • Normal
  1. The difficulty spread needs work. The Hard has very, very much 1/2, so the Normal needs atleast some 1/2-rhythms to fit the spread. Also, you've not been using many 1/2-rhythms before 02:03:595, but after that you've been using much more, although the music is similiar. That's why I'd suggest to add 1/2 to the first and second kiai, to improve the diff spread and to make it consistent!
  2. How to do it: You could easily use the same rhythmic patterns like 02:56:657 (3) and implement them in the other kiais. Although it will be some work, including remapping some sections, it's worth the effort!
~ Some of the following suggestions might not fit anymore when you fixed the above problems - Just ignore them in this case ~
  3. 00:06:595 (1) - Why don't you have this spinner in Hard, too? I think it fits to the volume-increasing sounds in the background, so I'd add it in the Hard difficulty. Decide on your own, but make it consistent atleast.
  4. 00:21:595 (1,2) - Is the higher spacing intentional?
  5. 00:44:095 (2,3,1) - This looks kind of blocky compared to the other patterns in your map. Maybe you could make (3) a curved slider or something like that? http://puu.sh/b75Wn/1d997f24cd.jpg
  6. 01:34:345 (2,3) - Again, surprisingly high spacing.
  7. 02:15:595 (1) - This would look more appealing and clean if you move the red anchorpoint at the exact middle of the slider, at the slidertick: http://puu.sh/b765e/7812f9b16d.jpg
  8. 02:29:845 (5,1) - This overlap is not acceptable for the easiest difficulty of a mapset in my opinion. It's pretty cluttered placement that should be avoided. Try to keep it simple for your easiest diff and avoid this overlap. What about a placement like this? http://puu.sh/b7eHE/e69b936ce4.jpg You would have to rearrange some objects afterwards though.
  9. 02:32:657 (5,6,1) - That's easily the most difficult pattern in this map, and the only one where you are using an 1/2-stack. I'd definitely get rid of that, since the newbies won't expect it to be introduced so late in the song. Just use a reverse slider instead, like you always did: http://puu.sh/b78cg/392a798c2e.jpg
  10. 02:43:345 (2,3) - Are you sure you don't want to blanket these? o: It almost looks like it.
  11. 02:45:595 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - I'm worried about the rhythm here: It is much less dense than the other similiar sections in previous kiais, 00:57:595 and 01:51:595. I'd highly recommend you to add some notes here to fill up the gaps, in order to make it consistent! It will also increase the difficulty a bit, to make the spread better!
  12. 02:56:470 - Missing clap.
  13. 03:07:720 (3,1,2,3,1) - Same as 02:45:595
  14. 03:18:595 (1) - This spinner doesn't make sense to me. There's nothing in the music that would indicate the use of a spinner here - Also it's basically the same as 03:15:595 (1,1) so two circles would work well.
  15. I only listed the major problems, since this difficulty needs some more work in my opinion! Make sure to fix most of these, to improve the quality of your map.

  • Hard
  1. 00:16:345 (3,1,2) - The 1/2-gap between (1) and (2) isn't very obvious ingame, since the 1/1-gap before looks the same in terms of spacing. It can't be fixed easily, but I'd move 00:17:657 (2) more upwards, like this: http://puu.sh/b7cP8/751c546914.jpg You will have to rearrange some objects though.
  2. 00:18:220 (3,4,1) - If you'd make the distance spacing equal here, the pattern would play and look better. http://puu.sh/b7dVJ/8cd05752ba.jpg
  3. 00:50:470 - Missing clap.
  4. 01:03:220 (5,1) - I don't understand why you use an antijump here. It seems pretty random o: If I were you, I would space it out normally.
  5. 01:47:095 (1,2,3) - This movement seems too extreme for a Hard difficulty. Try this placement to improve it: http://puu.sh/b7e51/fca5dccfb4.jpg
  6. 02:09:407 (4) - It would make more sense to replace this slider by two circles. 02:09:595 is an emphasized beat that should definitely be clickable. A placement like this would work: http://puu.sh/b7dec/fbe17dcfeb.jpg
  7. 02:11:095 (1) - The curve of this slidershape is almost not noticeable. Wouldn't it look better if it was a bit more curved? http://puu.sh/b7dhx/6175d2b449.jpg
  8. 02:50:095 (1,2,3,4) - This pattern looks kind of random to me and it doesn't play so well, maybe you could replace it by something simple, for example a perfect triangle? http://puu.sh/b7dnK/f29731624a.jpg
  9. 02:50:657 (4,5,6) - The jumps feel too big here, remember it's hard difficulty. The gap to Normal is already high, so it's better to use smaller jumps. You could move (5) to get something like this: http://puu.sh/b7dqC/ee5dd790f4.jpg
  10. 03:03:032 (3,4,1) - Hmm, I don't think this pattern plays so well. The jumps are too extreme for this difficulty, again. What about moving (4) so that it blankets with (1)? http://puu.sh/b7efW/23dc810d18.jpg
  11. 03:13:720 (1) - It feels strange to end this slider on the downbeat (the big white tick, in this case), since this beat is very emphasized and should be clickable in my opinion. Also, you are ignoring a kind of important drum sound at 03:13:907, so the best solution would be this rhythm: http://puu.sh/b7eo1/1f60888af8.jpg
  12. 03:14:282 (2,3,4) - This overlap doesn't look very clean, so I'd recommend you to get rid of it. What about something like this: http://puu.sh/b7dxg/a2df0eb6eb.jpg
  13. Overall, I like the Hard more than the Normal. You got many nice and creative patterns, but some of them could be more tidy and clean in my opinion. For example, 00:12:595 (1) could be stacked on 00:11:657 (2) - Or 01:17:845 (3)'s tail with 01:16:907 (5) and other similiar patterns. These kind of tricks would help making your map look better and therefore granting a more enjoyable experience to the player.

Good luck! :) I'm sure, with more mods, you'll make a diamond out of this mapset!
Please reply to my mod, and tell me what you didn't fix and why! Thank you :3

Decide on your own, but make it consistent atleast. k
  4. 00:21:595 (1,2) - Is the higher spacing intentional? Aww, mistake.
  5. 00:44:095 (2,3,1) - This looks kind of blocky compared to the other patterns in your map. Maybe you could make (3) a curved slider or something like that? http://puu.sh/b75Wn/1d997f24cd.jpg k
  6. 01:34:345 (2,3) - Again, surprisingly high spacing. Aww, mistake.
  7. 02:15:595 (1) - This would look more appealing and clean if you move the red anchorpoint at the exact middle of the slider, at the slidertick: http://puu.sh/b765e/7812f9b16d.jpg Good idea, fix'd
  8. 02:29:845 (5,1) - This overlap is not acceptable for the easiest difficulty of a mapset in my opinion. It's pretty cluttered placement that should be avoided. Try to keep it simple for your easiest diff and avoid this overlap. What about a placement like this? http://puu.sh/b7eHE/e69b936ce4.jpg You would have to rearrange some objects afterwards though. k
  9. 02:32:657 (5,6,1) - That's easily the most difficult pattern in this map, and the only one where you are using an 1/2-stack. I'd definitely get rid of that, since the newbies won't expect it to be introduced so late in the song. Just use a reverse slider instead, like you always did: http://puu.sh/b78cg/392a798c2e.jpg Now it isn't most difficult coz I added more 1/2 stacks, I like this pattern.
  10. 02:43:345 (2,3) - Are you sure you don't want to blanket these? o: It almost looks like it. k
  11. 02:45:595 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - I'm worried about the rhythm here: It is much less dense than the other similiar sections in previous kiais, 00:57:595 and 01:51:595. I'd highly recommend you to add some notes here to fill up the gaps, in order to make it consistent! It will also increase the difficulty a bit, to make the spread better! Okay!
  12. 02:56:470 - Missing clap. Yep, fixed
  13. 03:07:720 (3,1,2,3,1) - Same as 02:45:595 Okay!
  14. 03:18:595 (1) - This spinner doesn't make sense to me. There's nothing in the music that would indicate the use of a spinner here - Also it's basically the same as 03:15:595 (1,1) so two circles would work well. ogay

It can't be fixed easily, but I'd move 00:17:657 (2) more upwards, like this: http://puu.sh/b7cP8/751c546914.jpg You will have to rearrange some objects though. k
  2. 00:18:220 (3,4,1) - If you'd make the distance spacing equal here, the pattern would play and look better. http://puu.sh/b7dVJ/8cd05752ba.jpg I can't do it good, now it's okay? >.>
  3. 00:50:470 - Missing clap. fix'd
  4. 01:03:220 (5,1) - I don't understand why you use an antijump here. It seems pretty random o: If I were you, I would space it out normally. fix'd
  5. 01:47:095 (1,2,3) - This movement seems too extreme for a Hard difficulty. Try this placement to improve it: http://puu.sh/b7e51/fca5dccfb4.jpg k
  6. 02:09:407 (4) - It would make more sense to replace this slider by two circles. 02:09:595 is an emphasized beat that should definitely be clickable. A placement like this would work: http://puu.sh/b7dec/fbe17dcfeb.jpg fix'd
  7. 02:11:095 (1) - The curve of this slidershape is almost not noticeable. Wouldn't it look better if it was a bit more curved? http://puu.sh/b7dhx/6175d2b449.jpg fix'd
  8. 02:50:095 (1,2,3,4) - This pattern looks kind of random to me and it doesn't play so well, maybe you could replace it by something simple, for example a perfect triangle? http://puu.sh/b7dnK/f29731624a.jpg Okay
  9. 02:50:657 (4,5,6) - The jumps feel too big here, remember it's hard difficulty. The gap to Normal is already high, so it's better to use smaller jumps. You could move (5) to get something like this: http://puu.sh/b7dqC/ee5dd790f4.jpg k
  10. 03:03:032 (3,4,1) - Hmm, I don't think this pattern plays so well. The jumps are too extreme for this difficulty, again. What about moving (4) so that it blankets with (1)? http://puu.sh/b7efW/23dc810d18.jpg fix'd
  11. 03:13:720 (1) - It feels strange to end this slider on the downbeat (the big white tick, in this case), since this beat is very emphasized and should be clickable in my opinion. Also, you are ignoring a kind of important drum sound at 03:13:907, so the best solution would be this rhythm: http://puu.sh/b7eo1/1f60888af8.jpg fix'd
  12. 03:14:282 (2,3,4) - This overlap doesn't look very clean, so I'd recommend you to get rid of it. What about something like this: http://puu.sh/b7dxg/a2df0eb6eb.jpg fix'd

Thank you :3
Thank you for the mod Desperate <3 It was helpful :3

Hi~ Mod request from...Krfawy ??? What the...
Please reply to this mod saying what you didn't fix (and what you did) and why to improve my futur mods.
If you've any question, ask me in-game.

- General :
  1. Need confirmation but offset +10 looks better.
  2. Preview Point conflict.
  3. Looks like Desperate-kun make you disable Widescreen Support, but the osb file is still here. Remove it.
- Hard :
  1. 00:17:105 (1,2,3) - These blankets can be improved.
  2. 00:26:667 (5,6,7,8) - For these circles, i would go for this http://puu.sh/biGuE/9ed1989771.jpg. Actually i don't understand jump between 00:27:220 (8,9) - and flow is not so good between 00:27:407 (9,1) - with your pattern imo.
  3. 00:44:095 (1,2) - Maybe improve a little blanket.
  4. 01:15:595 (1) - and 01:15:970 (2) - CTRL+G both of them. It'll improve flow between 01:15:220 (5,1) - and 01:15:970 (2,3,4) - .
  5. 01:37:907 (5) - Move it at 176:140 to align 01:37:345 (4,5,1) - .
  6. 02:06:970 (2,3) - This overlap not looks so good, but he plays well. So maybe you can make it a little more pretty...or not ?
  7. 03:03:407 (4,1) - Honestly this breakflow quite bad. I would CRTL+G 03:03:595 (1) - to fix it and rework a little the next pattern.
  8. 03:11:282 (2,4) - You can avoid this kind of overlap maybe ?
  9. 03:14:282 (2,3,4) - Why not something like this to remove the overlap http://puu.sh/biO33/a933e359d0.jpg ?
- Normal :
  1. 00:10:720 (2,3) - To improve blanket, move archor point 1 -> 351:289 / archor point 2 -> 405:263 / end of slider 428:304.
  2. 00:21:595 (1) - Maybe make it symmetric ?
  3. 01:13:345 (2,3) - You can improve this blanket.
  4. 01:34:345 (2,3,4) - CRTL+G 01:34:345 (2,3) - and CTRL+H 01:35:095 (4) - to improve hightly the flow.
  5. 02:29:845 (5,1) - Move them to stack 02:29:470 (4,1) - .
  6. 03:07:345 (2) - This circle is hard to read because 03:07:720 (3) - apprear. You should change it.
  7. 03:09:970 (2,3) - Improve this blanket.
  8. In this diff, i'm really fan of these breakflow like 00:25:345 (2,3) - and general flow. Try to improve them unless you like it but for a Normal diff i'm not sure if it's so good.

That's all. Hope it help you.

Help!!! the heart has done the skippage of one metronone!!!!!!!

Hard:
00:10:720 (4) - Ok so like this makes about 0 sense
00:18:220 (3,4,1) - ^. You're pretty much doubling the spacing for a part that isn't even a definable part of the music.
01:01:345 (3) - Consider raising this a bit so the endpoints of the sliders don't touch.
01:23:470 (3) - Like seriously
01:37:907 (1) - Remove NC

The biggest thing when making hard diffs is that jumps need to have purpose. When they're sprinkled randomly, it plays really randomly, which is no fun

Normal:
02:33:407 (6,1) - Move this upward so it creates a pretty pattern and such

Woo woo woo. Even though there's a few issues with hard, I'm still fine with bubbling after applying changes. Woohoo

Finally found some time to check and... sorry, but I gotta pop it due to the missing skin element.

Note that only the underlined parts are critical. Everything else is pretty much rankable but still worth considering.

[General]
  1. The reversearrow.png is missing from your skin. You are obligated to include that file in order to skin hitobjects completely. Confirmation + AiBat says so.
  2. 03:15:595 - increase the volune here to make the hitsounds audible at this part. They fade with the music and it's hard to feel them.
[Normal]
  1. Reduce HP Drain a little to make the last part more playable. 3,0 or 3,1 would do great.
  2. 00:08:095 - finnish the spinner here, please. Be consistent with the Hard diff + give some more recovery time to players.
  3. 00:12:970 (2,4) - seems a bit tricky for the easiest diff of the mapset. here's an example
  4. 00:26:095 (3) - the way how this slider is placed is confusing for beginners. The tail of the slider is too close to the previous slider and can be mistakenly hit by players. Try this to make the pattern more understandable.
  5. 00:55:720 (3,4) - you don't use such stacks often and this one feels out of place here. Mind unstacking the pattern?
  6. 01:51:595 (1,2) - the downbeat feels unstressed (01:53:095) and the pattern itself doesn't match well with the vocals. Try something like this, probably?
Note: you can also use a pattern like 00:57:595 (1) - or 02:45:595 (1,2,3). Feel free to chose anything you prefer. :)
  7. 03:06:220 (1,2,3) - the pattern is a bit too tricky for the easiest diff. How about re-arranging stuff to make it more readable? Example.

    Good job! :)
[Hard]
  1. I'd say that HP 6 fits just right. It keepl players enterrained, gives enough challenge and doesn't feel too boring. Give it a try! :)
  2. 00:44:657 (2) - reverse of this slider gets slightly overlapped with 00:43:907 (5) - it's still readable, but avoiding this kind of stuff would be better. Example
  3. 01:02:751 (3) - there are only two 1/4 patterns in the whole diff, I would highly suggest to remove this circle. As for 02:51:407 (6,7) - replacing these two with a slider would make the diff a bit more playable and consistent.
  4. 03:01:157 (2,3,4) - try to avoid stcking 1/1 and 1/2 objects on each other. IT can confuse playrs and looks a bit untidy. It will take less than a minute to fix the pattern, come on! :3 Example1 and alternative way to break the stack.
  5. 03:15:407 (6,1) - the jump looks quite unnatural, in my opinion. I'd rather keep the DS consistent. But it is TOTALLY up to you.

Try to pay a bit more attention to the jumps, next time. But for now, you did great! I quite like what you've got there.
