Method 1: By Alt+F4
1. Unpin osu! in your taskbar.
2. Delete ALL of the osu! shortcuts. (even hidden shortcuts. To show shortcuts, you must set it. This is easy in Windows 8/.1)
3. Press Alt+F4 and select Restart
4. Re-pin osu! in the Taskbar.
5. Copy and paste as shortcut osu!.
