The only source for TV I found was at Mora: http://mora.jp/package/43000025/HAISIN-91/
Because it's a download site, I strongly advise against using this. black bullet is more than enough. :3
Also I made a HD vid if you wanted to add it back in the case you get unranked over the (TV Size) issue.

(Normally QATs who are not familiar with mania mode shouldn't unqualify its maps, but apparently mania QATs got inactive. Therefore I handle this one instead of them.)
