Design Notes (read before modding please):
  1. Note addition/removal/changes will mostly not be accepted without reason.
e.g. "00:30:324 - Add don because the music also has a note here" is more likely to convince me than simply "00:30:324 - Add don"
  2. It is designed to have consistency highly maintained throughout, so if you want to criticize "You copy-paste a lot" you can save it.

hi you requested a mod :3

Futsuu

try to make kats go with the beat
00:08:461 kat
00:09:357 kat
00:10:252 kat
00:11:148 add a kat here
00:12:044 kat
00:13:835 kat
00:14:282 finisher
00:22:790 kat
00:23:685 kat
00:25:252 don
00:26:372 kat
00:27:267 kat do this kind of thing for the rest of these kind of beats
00:36:670 finisher
00:36:670 do a don-kat-don-kat pattern, don-don is pretty boring
00:50:103 kat
01:05:775 kat
01:06:670 kat
01:07:566 kat
01:08:461 kat
01:09:357 kat
01:10:252 kat
I tested all these hitsounds at the same time so if I have overlapped some you have set ignore them.
01:11:596 Finisher
01:13:387 kat
01:15:178 kat
01:16:969 kat
01:18:760 Finisher
01:23:685 kat } I don'tneed to explain this anymore :3
01:24:581 kat }
01:33:984 Finisher?

Muzukashii

00:21:447 make these two finishers
00:22:342 Jazz it up here :3 http://puu.sh/aFUkP/520d216e90.jpg
00:36:670 going back to futsuu...don-kat
A lot of changes to count, I will upload my suggestions in an .osu, hopefully you can compare! DL

Oni seems suitable

Just recommendations, so feel free to dispute.

Enjoy and good luck!

mmmmmmmeh I am inteding to keep a legit 4★. A lot of these is easily pushing this over and I am not choosing that direction. Please note that this is 100% personal and your suggestions are completely legit... for a 5★ or something.
try to make kats go with the beat
00:08:461 kat Double color 8ths pushes right through to 5★
00:09:357 kat
00:10:252 kat
00:11:148 add a kat here
00:12:044 kat
00:13:835 kat
00:14:282 finisher Not comfortable about small/large at a tight 8th in Futsuu
00:22:790 kat
00:23:685 kat
00:25:252 don
00:26:372 kat
00:27:267 kat do this kind of thing for the rest of these kind of beats
00:36:670 finisher
00:36:670 do a don-kat-don-kat pattern, don-don is pretty boring Yes for Muzu but staying monochrome here
00:50:103 kat
01:05:775 kat
01:06:670 kat
01:07:566 kat
01:08:461 kat This however I am adding per Kuboken principle (that second runs of a similar section are more complex)
01:09:357 kat
01:10:252 kat
I tested all these hitsounds at the same time so if I have overlapped some you have set ignore them.
01:11:596 Finisher
01:13:387 kat
01:15:178 kat
01:16:969 kat
01:18:760 Finisher
01:23:685 kat } I don'tneed to explain this anymore :3
01:24:581 kat }
01:33:984 Finisher?

Muzukashii

00:21:447 make these two finishers By reverse Kuboken principle (first run is easier), some larges added. Probably not what you think but hey
00:22:342 Jazz it up here :3 http://puu.sh/aFUkP/520d216e90.jpg mmmmmmmmeh I am defending a 6★ until I cannot any more
00:36:670 going back to futsuu...don-kat

As a note on modding, please also include the note number so that people can know more clearly.
This is a very inconvenient mod per se

General : OD -1 for Futsuu and Muzu. This is the setting I have for all my maps and it was fine to rank The Black Case

Futsuu
SPOILER
00:08:909 (13,18) - k, This pattern is kinda monotonous First thought is no pushing over 4* range, but then OK for 01:06:223 (131) onwards per Kuboken principle.
00:12:491 (22) - ^ ^
00:22:790 (43) - ^ Another First thought is no pushing over 4* range, but then OK for 01:19:655 (162) onwards per Kuboken principle.
00:24:133 (46) - d ^
00:36:670 (76,78) - k First thought is yay, but then no because it kinda breaks 00:43:835 (84-89). Muzukashii took it though
00:40:252 (80,83) - ^ ^

Muzukashii
SPOILER
01:01:745 (173,174,175,176) - d d k k Yay
01:05:327 (184) - D No significant hook to warrant a large note to. Changing sections is not a cause for large notes IMO.
01:33:536 (295,296,297,298,299) - ddd k
Let's make sure that you want this? Not really fitting IMO. Currently d d d ddddd is a bit over IMO, so stripped down to basics

Oni
SPOILER
00:36:111 (159,160,161,162,163,164) - dkkkkd Nah they are the same pitch
00:46:969 (205,206,207,208,209) - kdddd Yay or kddkd

[General]

I guess you could add Tetris and Korobeiniki to tags since that's what the original song is known as

[Futsuu]

00:19:208 - Feels like there is a note missing here
00:28:163 (55) - Meanwhile delete this note to emphasise the two big kats and have a 2/1 break
00:34:879 (69,70,71,72,73,74,75) - Not recommended to have this kind of pattern in Futsuu. Delete 70 and 71, snap 73 to white tick and delete 74
00:42:939 (83) - I feel like this could be a good spot for a 4/1 break. There has to be at least one in the whole diff
00:56:820 (109) - Same as 55
01:08:461 (131) - Delete this note (color changes are already a noticable difference to the first appeareance of this)
01:32:193 (190,191,192,193,194,195,196) - Same as the other similar pattern
01:39:357 (212,213,214,215,216,217,218) - ^

~Spread~

To avoid having to work too much on Muzukashii/Oni/a possible filler diff this set is possible to have a huge spread instead. Most of the above suggestions result in this happening.

Really solid diff with reasonable hitsounding

[Muzukashii]

00:25:476 (64) - Change to kat to have opposite pattern of 00:22:342 (49,50,51,52,53,54,55,56) -
00:28:946 (79,80,81) - ^
01:04:544 (182) - Delete the note since a 5-plet is kinda evil here and there are hardly any triplets nearby.
01:19:655 - Adapt the kiai more to the first one since this is not muzukashii-level anymore. There are 1/1 breaks missing throughout the kiai. A Muzukashii still needs rest times. No this doesn't contradict with the spread problem :3
01:22:789 (243) - Also change to kat
01:26:259 (258,259,260) - ^

~Spread~

To avoid having to work too much on Muzukashii/Oni/a possible filler diff this set is possible to have a huge spread instead.

00:04:432 - to 00:07:566 - Could have just a few more notes since Oni also adds some here after having the 2/1 kats (1)
00:42:939 - to 00:50:103 - ^ (2)
(00:50:999 - 01:04:879 - possibly a few 1/4 notes could be added - if you do, you can keep the 5-plet) )

Example images
Note that these are just examples and I do not expect it to look similar to this at all.

(1)

(2)

Just try not to overdo it. Keep it at a small amount of additions. Avoid making it too similar to Oni (the kiais already are)

[Oni]

00:04:320 (5,11,15,21,23) - These could be deleted so it's not nearly as dense as kiai

Oni diff is cool

[Futsuu]

00:19:208 - Feels like there is a note missing here From what I hear this note in the music is significantly less prominent than its counterpart later, and so I blanked here initially. Consistency works better here though so added back (and is that how you sing the Tetris song?)
00:28:163 (55) - Meanwhile delete this note to emphasise the two big kats and have a 2/1 break Prominent enough background percussion, so no.
00:34:879 (69,70,71,72,73,74,75) - Not recommended to have this kind of pattern in Futsuu. Delete 70 and 71, snap 73 to white tick and delete 74 Senpuu no Mai [Heaven] 5★ Futsuu totally has one. And that I recognize that this is a high-level song and therefore I am only keeping the last appearance and replace with drumrolls, which I currently have none. (Trivia: Rigid snapping is why I always missed notes in Futsuu of songs that I can FC Muzu/Oni no problem. I am totally ranting about Dodon ga Do~n 5★ Futsuu (0:33) f*cking my FC streak and me unlocking dance storm that other day)
00:42:939 (83) - I feel like this could be a good spot for a 4/1 break. There has to be at least one in the whole diff These things really vary song by song: Some songs like this and Houou Tenbu Mugen Kuzure 5★ Futsuu just don't deserve one without risking ignoring prominent parts. For another, those drumrolls totally count in my opinion because they are optional.
00:56:820 (109) - Same as 55 Same. Percussion.
01:08:461 (131) - Delete this note (color changes are already a noticable difference to the first appeareance of this) I am going to not have ddk's in return to keeping this legitimate note that indeed appeared in the music.
01:32:193 (190,191,192,193,194,195,196) - Same as the other similar pattern As explained above
01:39:357 (212,213,214,215,216,217,218) - ^ ^

~Spread~

00:25:476 (64) - Change to kat to have opposite pattern of 00:22:342 (49,50,51,52,53,54,55,56) - Not because of your reason, but double color doubles seems too much for a 6★ now that I look at it.
00:28:946 (79,80,81) - ^ Hence also not this.
01:04:544 (182) - Delete the note since a 5-plet is kinda evil here and there are hardly any triplets nearby. See Jinpuumaru 6★ Muzu (1:47)
01:19:655 - Adapt the kiai more to the first one since this is not muzukashii-level anymore. There are 1/1 breaks missing throughout the kiai. A Muzukashii still needs rest times. No this doesn't contradict with the spread problem :3 Good point, but I still want some Kuboken principle to stay to give a little kick, so I am keeping longer connected chains for 01:33:984 ~ as a final showdown conclusion ...thing. Lisdoonvarna no Tasogare 6★ Muzu (1:11) reinforces that a 2-bar linking chain is okay, so I'll keep at that level. (Additionally keeping 01:31:969 (286) to hint that we are ramping things up onwards)
01:22:789 (243) - Also change to kat ^
01:26:259 (258,259,260) - ^ ^

~Spread~

To avoid having to work too much on Muzukashii/Oni/a possible filler diff this set is possible to have a huge spread instead.

00:04:432 - to 00:07:566 - Could have just a few more notes since Oni also adds some here after having the 2/1 kats (1) Fair enough. One more at 00:05:215 (7) to match the pulse-y ...thing
00:42:939 - to 00:50:103 - ^ (2) Significantly different to accommodate the pulse-y thing. I found I hadn't recognized them anywhere yet.
(00:50:999 - 01:04:879 - possibly a few 1/4 notes could be added - if you do, you can keep the 5-plet) ) Ah I could work in some more doubles. But still the 5 doesn't have to depend on surrounding. It stands well itself with the music.

Example images
Note that these are just examples and I do not expect it to look similar to this at all.

[Oni]

00:04:320 (5,11,15,21,23) - These could be deleted so it's not nearly as dense as kiai I will let The Other self 8★ Oni talk about the non-existent requirement of starting non-Go-go Time must not be as complex as Go-go Time. Only change is to (11) which is better matching music than consistent to surroundings.

Oni diff is cool
