You just need to FC harder maps. your last S rank on your historical is on a 2.8 star map. that's not going to cut it at 1k pp.
If you want to up your skill level, try maps that are outside your comfort zone and practice them(forget about FC them). Naturally, your pp will rise as you get better at them
saying "this song is hard" and playing random songs until you get pp isn't efficient, you're never guaranteed pp(and it's pretty stupid if you ask me)

The star difficulty of the map is what matters, not what's hard in your opinion.
I'd try aiming for at least 3 stars at your level, with 98% + accuracy on them. Just sort your maps by difficulty and play any of the 3-4 star maps and you should get pp easily, especially at 50k pp rank.
