I feel like the offset is early. It felt much closer to correct at 7509. Don't take my word for it though, ask others.

00:44:156 (3,4,5,6) - Feels really awkward to play this. Nothing else in this difficulty plays similarly and felt out of place.
00:52:500 - There's a sudden change of hitsounds here, and I was really confused on my first play through.\
00:55:875 (2) - Needs a clap hitsound, so does 00:56:625 (4) - .
00:56:156 - Snare in the song with no note to represent it. There are a few examples of this in the song, but this one I feel needs it.

00:22:321 (7) - The spacing feels iffy with this note, consider moving it closer.
01:06:571 (4) - The end of this slider is the one snare in the music that you aren't pressing. It could feel better if theres a note here.
01:22:885 (2) - There's a note in the middle of this slider. Similarly, 01:23:166 (3) - There isn't a note in the song here, but you have one in the map.
02:14:072 (1,2,3,1) - The spacing here is odd. The music tells me there should be jumps on the 1s, but there's a jump on the blue 3.

Ah yes, this map

Normal

HP Drain 2.5 matches better because you won't expect them to fail anyways no matter what the drain you use (obviously can't use higher drain) and plus it provides much more balanced settings imo
00:10:500 (1) - I would of liked it better if you could start this slider with a slight curve, brings some more flavor to the help in my eyes because you started the previous combo the same way as this one.
00:25:500 (1,2,3) - Starting here the whistles start on white / red ticks unlike before, you might add whistles according to where those are instead of every other 1/2 beat. that being said a whistle could go to 3.
00:34:500 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - This has got to be the most complex rhythm ever right? joking. but I could see many different areas where you could of simplified the rhythm maybe reverse remove circle 2 and reverse 1? at first thought I was hoping this would lead to the kiai after the spinner but noooo.
00:50:812 (5) - Start of this needs a finish , sounds awfully empty without it and those white beats that are at 00:49:500 (1,2,3) - lead to it well, and also add to end of 00:51:562 (7) - or else it sounds empty , but somewhere there has to be finishes added towards it.
00:57:750 (6) - According to your design, it would of been way if you took 00:56:062 (2) - and flipped it vertically, do it please if you haven't already done so.

00:47:250 (4) - Too many curved slider's here I'd prefer you curve this slider slightly, flow would be a little bit too linear if you don't curve one of these slider's a little bit anyway. http://puu.sh/aL0gL.jpg ,yeah I'd prefer that because it leads to the next note well enough in my eyes.
01:01:125 (2) - Imo, this seems unnecessary only some beats in here should be emphasized and that's the beats in the red ticks and there should be a pause between each of the notes here, that being said you should remove this note. and remove the new combo too

01:50:062 (2) - The spacing on this is too low, there so close together and for the other part's the spacing is so high, I'd prefer you increase spacing of this note slightly, people might think it's placed on blue tick instead red.
01:52:500 (1) - I think a finish would sound better to the start of the slider than a whistle or you could add it here 01:53:812 (1) -
02:02:437 (4) - Decreasing spacing here? imo only 1 jump is needed here and that's the jump towards the next note not here, since it has a new combo and a stronger beat.

I think you mean't to blanket the notes here because it surely looks better that way. doesn't really affect gameplay but them blanketing fits more in this part.

The difficulty of Normal is an issue, but generally the mapset if good. Try to find several more mod to resolve it, and call me back to recheck when you're ready

Applied Priti's mod. Decreased some circles as much as I could.. removed spinner at the end. some slider+circle pattern changed to one slider.
