To the next modders/BATs the artist and the title is correct:

According with the next links: http://tinyurl.com/lahjg9m & http://tinyurl.com/lasl79z the artist is kanon×kanon, the "×" is an unicode word not supported on osu!, actually not is a simple "x" so to osu! should be treated like another unicode word (like the stars, hearts, etc). The "*" replaces the unicode words and then the artist on osu! should be kanon*kanon, here's other map with the same artist: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/25042.
