Thanks! You'll be able to draw like this if you really wanted to : P

I use two programs, Photoshop and SAI. I use SAI to sketch out the people and most of the background ( ex. the bridge), and I use Photoshop for the effects, ex. clouds.

Oh, I rarely use the mouse. I use a tablet for most of my drawings
