- Add soft-slidertick3.wav because it's missed in the Beginner diff.
- Remove all normal hitsounds except normal-hitnormal.wav because none of them are used in the map.
- Add my old username to tags.

I'm very sorry I have to unrank this due to the sliderslide.wav and slidertick.wav are both silenced files.. they works for some long sliders in the map

Having removed the silent slidertick.wav
and change the tick rate in Hyper/Another from 2 to 1
and change the od from 8 to 7.5, hp from 6 to 6.5 in another

I pretended to be stupid to change the TR, and change it back to 2 in hyper and another now
