If a team member is a fellow countryman but has a different flag, do I need to produce any sort of verification

Regarding to the mappools, is there an auto-generated maps in the mappool or is it all-mania-specific maps only. I hope there's auto generated maps in the mappool though. :/
In the tournament wiki it doesn't say anything about the DT brackets.
So i was wondering if they still will have it?
Also if there will be a HR bracket?
