I don't see this request being accomplished too soon since there's not enough interest from the romanian community to find someone to handle out the organizational stuff for the future "#romanian subforum" and there's no one really capable of that at this moment.
Let's just hope that someone, that will abide by the community rules and that will be trust-worthy, will appear and save this situation of not having our own little subforum or chat supervisor.

In the meantime let's concentrate on answering to this question. A question that I personally think that it needs to be answered.
"Why do we even need a subforum?" I really don't know the answer. We now have a facebook group where we can post osu! things. We organized events there. We have a chat there too. We have a skype group for voice conference calls.
#romanian chat channel is dead most of the time. when people start to talk, they usually talk non-sense.
The chat channel might not be the most conventional place to talk, but it helps us find new players.

As for the "organization" part... well... I can bet my car that you won't need much, since usually people talk in chat, not on forums. Many other subforums are almost dead *coffcoff*italian*coffcoff* so I don't see any problems at all on that front. Also, you can always report someone if you see they just fooling around, right? You can always find a GMT online anyway =3=
PS: I sometimes watch the #romanian channel and beside the "talk in romanian, not in english" from Loctav I don't really see any "moderational problems". Maybe I'm just missing everything, but I never saw people flaming or spamming in there
