The title pretty much says it all. I know that there already is an official beatmaping contest, but as I scroll trough the comments, a lot of people don't even try because they suck or their a noob. I just thought it would be nice to try to motivate the newbies to participate and see how fun it can be. Many people don't participate because they don't want to compete with the best mappers on Osu.
I think maybe like a max of 5 ranked beatmaps is valid to enter.Any person with more than 5 ranked beatmaps can't join. I don't know if this is a good idea or not, it just depends on the osu peoples. or if someone already thought of this. I checked but i didn't really see this suggestion.
