00:32:677 (3) - I think you should remove the finish on this note because there's another finish after which is on a much stronger beat. Two finishes in a row really do not sound good imo

00:39:534 (4) - I think you should move this down to x:264 y:204 so it can perfectly stack with the recently hit note which is 00:37:820 (2) - Remember to adjust 00:39:963 (1) - after doing this to prevent an issue with spacing.

01:27:963 (2,3) - I think you should curve these sliders a bit. Right now they look very bland :/

01:41:677 (1,2) - ^

02:52:177 (3) - The rhythm on this slider feels kinda off beat. Probably because you've started it on a red tick. Try having this start on a white tick and move some notes around on the timeline to see what fits.

03:15:748 (2,1,2,1) - Try this pattern instead:

Reduced AR to 0 so I can get more objects on screen

In my opinion, I think it's better because slider consistency is kept and there's a blanket around (2), which makes it look a bit nicer.

03:40:606 (5,6) - Spacing error, these notes are waaaay too close to eachother, so I'd suggest moving them further apart so that they are spaced correctly.

03:42:534 (2,3,4) - Just a little suggestion, but I don't really like how these notes play. I think it would play better if you moved the stack of (3,4) under the slider end of (2) so it becomes a triplet, or move (4) so it's not stacked beneath (3). I think this would play slightly better.

Few clarifications where asked, in purple:

03:40:606 (3) - Slider looks odd uh... why... That sliders all like, "tralalala I'm so smooth and so happy and so smooth" and then this angle hits in the face and it's confused, because it doesn't look like anything else in the map
04:06:106 (2) - The thing you're moving around is long gone by the time you get here ??? soo... whats wrong with this?I suppose it's not horrible, but it feels a little empty and since players probably won't remember the slider it can make players wonder when the note is going to arrive there
01:42:320 (2) - You can make this go back in between the words, think it works better what? I can't even figure out what I meant myself, lol.

not sure if you mean make 3 longer, or extend 3 to have one more reverse.

the compression artifacts in your bg were honestly terrible ;-; I went ahead and cleaned it up:

alternate v1

The only real changes in alternate v1 were that it is now slightly more saturated and most (if not all) of the compression artifacts are gone.

Here is another option that has a slightly different color scheme (increased overall contrast, reduced saturation of the pink parts):
