I edited your current bg. It was full of compression artifacts, so I smoothed all the colors to make it less cringe-worthy. I also made it 16:9 so that people who play at 16:9 won't have the text cut off (this won't affect those that play at 4:3).

Is 1/16th that necessary? 1/8th seems fine, if not 1/4 should be used. Srsly, unless there are srs timing issues with the map, I don't see how any Easy diff should run on 1/16th timing.

00:27:344 (2) - You could add a Finish or Clap hitsound there, as it feels a bit empty with the two notes not going with the "every other note has a hitsound" pattern your going with.

00:38:010 (3) - Add a Finish to make all 3 notes be constant and to not make it feel awkward with a sudden lack of a Finish followed by a finish.

[Normal]

00:27:511 (3) - A normal/newish player wouldn't be able to know when to let go of the slider, making that slider pretty hard for the diff. Consider making 3 and 4 one slider or making 3 have a longer length but less repeats so it still fits the timeframe.

00:38:177 (4) - ^^ Although, making 4 and 5 as one slider would be worse.

00:16:012 (1) – For normal, I guess give a bit more space after this spinner for player to recover, remember, this song have high BPM, 180!
00:22:178 (3) –Delete that, and then add reverse to slider no.2 and add 1 hitcircle, more fit that way in my opinion.

00:10:345 (3) –IMO, it looks better if you delete 1 reverse arrow.
