If person is online on forum it will show online below their profile here on topic.
To check if person is online in-game the only way is to run game :/

Oh...so,the only way to now is in forum or open the osu game...ok,i got it know,not really have a prob about opening the game,i'm just want to know is there anyway else to know if that person is online...anyway,thank you...for replying

Forum doesn't show when user is online in-game, it only shows if user is browsing forum.
