Forgetting to Breathe

When I play Harder songs on Osu, I tend to forget to breathe because I'm trying to focus on the notes.

Do any of you have similar problems? How can I avoid this as it makes me dizzy at the end of the song? This feels like a silly question but I want to be able to focus on the notes.

I have a similar problem except I also forget to blink (only blink during breaks sometimes) which is preeetty painful lol

My mate in teamspeak wanted to hear how I tap, so I just set the voice activation extremely high and then he told me that I'm not breathing while doing hard parts. For myself, I didn't even notice it.

I see people in the gym who forget to breathe all of the time lol. Just yell at yourself or have a spotter for when you play osu. #forgettingtobreathe

Is fainting from lack of oxygen really worth an FC? Just breathe, you can breathe and play at the same time.

I just blink while holding down sliders since there's a bit of downtime.

When playing harder maps I tend to breathe faster and my heart start to pounding really fast

I've read a thread about not blinking somewhere in this forum, now there's forgetting to breathe as well.

Ok, I have to give an A+ to this thread for originality! I've seen threads in which the OP is asking how to improve faster, asking for map recommendations, tablet vs. mouse, singletap vs. alternate etc., but never have I seen a thread with that kind of problem... forgetting how to breathe! Good job, Nekoloch, that was refreshing to read!
