Something wrong is going on with your GPU card, try updating your drivers and/or changing render in osu! settings.

To check what is your Graphic Card http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ you can use this program. After you check what is it, post it here.

do you have driver for your gpu?
Marcin
Uh oh... that complicates things...
Can't you find a way to check what graphic card your computer uses? Is it laptop or stationary PC? Have you tried changing render in osu! options like I said previously?

Oh.... :|

i really like osu!...
buny
try to use a different skin
Marcin
Possibly checking ignore all beatmap skins and using default one only.

After squinting at the image it's a VIA/S3G unichrome... Hit em' up for drivers tho their sites are kinda shitty now and days, I wouldn't put too much hope in there being new drivers.

http://www.s3graphics.com
http://www.via.com.tw

64 should be fine, with the approx being there it's probably shared and can possibly be changed in bios up to 128-512.

VIA S3G Unichrome Pro chipsets are terrible. My parents had a PC with it and it couldn't run osu! without occasional texture corruptions. There also have been several problems with them reported in the forums, and nothing could be done. Try to do what Marcin and RBRat said, but don't expect too much about it. Your best choice is to get a PC with a proper graphics card.

Drivers are special softwares that make your PC run smoothly. RBRat3 gave you links to the websites of the manufacturers of your graphics card. You will be able to download the most recent driver for your graphics card from here.

Since they are a bit hard to find on these websites, I'll provide you another website to download it: http://via-s3g-unichrome-pro-igp1.drivers.informer.com/
Click on the download button to get it. If you don't see one, click on the "Select OS" drop-down list and choose "Windows XP 6.14.10.0333" (I'll just assume you don't have the x64 version of Win XP. If you don't understand what I just said, never mind it).
Then, download the software, extract the .zip file you just downloaded and run "setup.exe". Follow the instructions. When it is finished, restart your PC and that's it.
