Nope, but you are restricted within your region. Example you and I can team up because are times may not vary that much, but you can team up with someone say from Japan or Korea because the time difference is too large.

The maximum difference will be determined soon, again rules arent completed yet.

First I thought it maybe interesting and then this...
5. The maximum time difference for team members is 4 hours. This meaning you cannot pair up with someone that has more that 4 hour time difference.

Removed the timezone limit between users. People have been complaining about this and now that I think about it, its not a region based tournament...
