00:05:128 (2) - How about to place it a bit down to match better with the flow?
00:05:665 (3,1,2) - I don't really like the placement for (1). It gives me and unnatural feeling during testplay. I tried something like this, but if you have better idea just ignore it.
00:15:325 (2,3,1,2,3) - Try something like this? (2) is a bit too low currently and gives unnatural feeling.
00:57:576 (1) - Move the endpoint to the center and the result will be splendid. :3

Maybe they are ignorable changes but I think it gives better playability.

00:09:958 (1,2) - For some reason a repeat on (1) sounds better but maybe its enough if you just add a circle to 00:11:031 instead of (2).
00:27:762 (1) - Why not an 1/2 slider? There is a very nice sound at 00:28:040. o.o
00:32:918 - Why empty? Something really needs here. Maybe you can add a repeat to (2) and move (3) 1/2 later for better rhythm.

Asside from these I think this is a really nice difficulty. Good work. :3

00:55:954 (3,1) - Imo, it would be better if they were parallel.

Melody:

01:04:873 (2) - (252,118) the start, (312,154) the end for a better line.

00:20:423 (2) - 1 Grid down the last slider dot to make a better line with the next note.
00:21:496 (5,1) - I think this combo isn't right? Maybe was this because of the symmetry pattern in 00:22:301 (1)?
00:24:448 (1) - Imo, adding a whistle at the head sounds really nice, despite it breaks your hit sound pattern.
00:28:318 (2) - Well, I think the selected Finish on the head sounds too long, affecting 00:28:588. I feel just placing a Whistle makes more sense.
00:42:441 (4) - I think hit sounds are lacking diversity. Try adding Whistle here, and other similar parts like this at least in kiai. 00:44:062 (8) too. They will sound nice with the bell imo.
00:55:954 (5,6) - I think the jump was too large comparing to other parts. Try this kind of sliders? http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/1123943
01:04:062 (7) - NC? Fine to keep if you want to avoid short combo.

Again, I think hitsounds are lacking which is little sad. Map was nice btw :3

There is something about new combos that i think doesn't keep well, because you are starting nc in the slider where the tail is on the strong beat, i wasn't sure about this on sound and melody, but here think you need to change it, it supposed you are starting a new rhythm and you are putting it on the last note, just saying.

  5. 00:32:648 (4) - the actually way dont play good for me since if you move 4 a little up will flow better with previous and next slider and will keep the symetry like:

  7. 01:04:062 (1,2) - just as personal prefference but the actually way play kinda weird also look like it why you dont try to make a blanket with 1 and 2 like:

  1. remove "ib" from the tags, it's too short and no one can search it anyways lol
  2. uncheck the widescreen support, you didn't use any widescreen sb here baka =3=

  1. 00:04:055 (1) - I think this slider will flow better if you made it like this instead
  2. 00:07:275 (1) - idk..but using liner slider on this kind of songs is kinda odd, so how about making it a curve instead?

  4. 00:24:985 (4,5) - ^
  5. 00:45:143 (2,3) - an e.g of bad flow =3= those notes don't flow good imo how about changing them like this?
  6. 01:07:396 (5) - move this note to x:92 y:168 to make better tringle flow

Not sure how much I like kiai for this song since it is so gentle. Consider only using the fountains, since I think those fit alright.

[Sound]

00:11:031 (2,3) - I don't particularly like this part because the slide isn't emphasizing anything here, unlike the ones you had before which fell on the strong music box notes. I would map this part like this: http://puu.sh/5vRK3.jpg You don't have to use all the circles like that, but I definitely recommend that slider position.
00:16:398 - 00:19:081 - The sliders in this section are mapped opposite to how you map the rest of the map for some reason. I would suggest remapping this part so that the sliders start on the music box notes instead of ending on them, so that you can keep consistency with that theme.
00:51:089 (1,2) - I would make this part slider then circle. This puts emphasis on the music box note at 00:52:170 and even more emphasis on the stronger music box note at 00:51:089.

[Melody]

00:51:089 (1) - kind of a nazi thing, but lower this just a little bit. The scorebar ki can hit it if it is near it.

That's all for this one, I thought it was a bit strange that you mapped this diff with a lot of the music box notes on the ends of sliders, but on this one you were more consistent with it so I assume that was your intention for this diff.

00:01:908 (4,5) - switch the slider and circle here I think. It fits the music better.
00:42:441 (4,5) - switch the slider and circle for these ones. This will put the slider so that it is mapped on the high pitched ascending music box part.
00:51:900 (2) - this slider feels off because its start maps to that really quiet lower tone. I prefer something like this, which maps the slider to the music box better. http://puu.sh/5vTCd.jpg

- Got rid of weird downbeat rhythms (sometimes I had to leave them due to symmetry, but taken out the worst ones)

- Please check the Timing before you rank it, it seems fine for me, but I'm not 100% sure about double bpms!
- The symmetry downbeat-rhythms are okay. I've checked them, and you can fully enjoy them!

I took the mp3 from official Ib's Soundtracks and cutted it, so it's probably different. :P
