General : Awesome work on hitsound è.è, i'll just have one tips for improve it. You never used " Whistle ". I have an idea where you can use it. 00:53:766 (6) - sonds like that came many time in this song.
I found this one who fits http://puu.sh/3TIpu.wav ( He is a bit loud but, well this is an idea, if you can reduce volume of this whistle, it can be funny ! )
Well if you like this idea, just try to found one who fits more, or - loud with me ._.

I plan on replacing some pics when I find something better to use. I'm not sure if I'll add lyrics though. The anime is old though yeah, so its hard to find anything good lol.

Thank you for the mod. I'm going to be getting to this in a few moments.

Widescreen suppport isn't used because a lot of the pictures are 4:3 and I'd have to zoom in the pictures really far to actually make them fit.

Finishing rest of the mod right now :)

tags: Add "Heroes", "Puzzle", "League" to the tags. This song was in Pokemon Heroes as well as Pokemon Puzzle League so those tags are pretty good I think.

I think you'll be alright on the kiai times, maybe remove it for the fade out, but apart from that I don't think the kiai use in this song is a big problem.

00:16:284 (1) - move the 2nd midpoint back a bit, right now I think the curve is a bit too bunched toward the slider end.
00:26:398 (1) - lower the 2nd red point a bit for a better blanket on that 2nd curve of the slider.
00:34:132 (4) - red point to (316,176) for a better blanket I think, or somewhere around there.
01:06:854 (4,5) - nazi blanket fix here
01:22:323 (1) - this slider is a bit ugly to me, and it doesn't have any blanket interaction with any other sliders so I think for this one make it into a more regular S-shape, which looks nicer as a stand alone slider.
01:30:057 (1) - I don't think this spinner is necessary. Leave it out and let the player have a longer break.
01:32:437 - if you take the previous suggestion, add a circle here.
01:57:127 (1,2) - I think the blanket interaction between these sliders could be improved.
02:04:266 (3) - adjust the bottom curve on this one a bit so that it blankets 02:05:754 (1) a bit better. http://puu.sh/5sCN7.jpg
02:08:133 (1,1) - There might not be enough time here between the spinner and the next object. I think you could end the spinner at 02:09:918, which is another strong beat and it would be okay.

02:30:741 (1) - make the finish here louder, right now it is at 30% thanks to the red line
02:34:905 (1) - remove finish from the slider head
02:36:392 (2,3) - fix up this blanket a bit, this one will look much better as a perfect blanket
02:39:665 (1) - remove the finish from the slider head too, I think having them there takes away from the finish on the real strong part, which is the end.
02:44:424 (1) - I don't particularly like this slider, as it makes you miss mapping the strong vocal parts at 02:45:019 - 02:45:912. You should consider mapping this part out more so that these parts are played.
02:52:456 (3) - shorten this to end at 02:53:051. I think this will be okay because you map it like this at 02:33:418 (3) and I think it is better for matching the vocal.
02:55:431 (1,2) - making this a blanket formation would fit well with the rest of what you are doing in this diff.
03:16:254 (3) - this one you can shorten as well. Keep these consistent with the rest of the map.

00:03:195 (2,3) - I actually prefer these as a slider. I think it matches that corny DJ sound better.
00:15:689 (7,8) - I don't really like this stack that much in terms of game play. If we compare it to the similar parts in this section (00:20:449 (4), 00:25:208 (7,8)), this stack feels much less kinetic and flowing. I would unstack these because I think the kiai-ish sections of the song are better when they flow (unless specific musical elements dictate otherwise, which I don't think is the case here)
00:29:075 (2,3,4,5,6) - this is pretty nazi, but watch your spacing here. Even though the differences are small, I noticed them pretty instantly. Then agian, that might be because I'm weird. Regardless, might as well fix these up.
00:29:968 (5,6) - I would consider making this a slider, as having all these circles in a row is not super great.
00:48:411 (6) - you could remove the first finish here, I think it is a bit too noisy. Alternatively you could lower the volume as well, but I prefer just the clap for the slider head here.
01:03:880 (5) - NC here? seems to fit pretty well
01:30:057 (1) - I kinda feel the same way about this spinner as with the one in Easy.
01:59:804 (1)- this NC feels a bit unnecessary so I'd say remove it.
02:17:355 (4) - a bit of NC inconsistency here. I would say NC this one, and match the comboing pattern set with 02:11:108 (1,2,3,1).
02:22:115 (3) - NC here also. The other alternative is removing some NCs in this section to make the combos the same length.

00:03:195 (2,3) - same suggestion as the Normal

01:53:260 (3,4) - The way this is mapped sort of misses out on the theme of really-emphasized-vocals. Consider mapping it like this: http://puu.sh/5sE8U.jpg. This puts the vocal on the slider which I think matches your overall structure better.
02:08:133 (1,2,3,4,5) - did you intend for the spacing to be this way? I suggest that you make these equally spaced, right now it looks a bit sloppy to me.
02:29:551 (1,2,3,1) - I think a bit more spacing here will give these much more impact, which is really important because this is the big climax of the song.
02:34:013 (6,7,8) - Just wondering here if the 1.00x spacing was intentional. I think every other time you have a slider with 1/4 notes afterward, the spacing is 0.5
02:51:564 (3,4) - Here is the same thing as 01:53:260 (3,4). The mapping solution will be the same as there.

01:30:057 (1) - I don't think this spinner is necessary. Leave it out and let the player have a longer break. Sure, did this for all diffs as well.
01:32:437 - if you take the previous suggestion, add a circle here. ^ and added.
01:57:127 (1,2) - I think the blanket interaction between these sliders could be improved. Fine. They can hug each other better.. I made them more even so it should be better.

02:52:456 (3) - shorten this to end at 02:53:051. I think this will be okay because you map it like this at 02:33:418 (3) and I think it is better for matching the vocal. Yes, done.
02:55:431 (1,2) - making this a blanket formation would fit well with the rest of what you are doing in this diff. I don't remember what I did here, but I think I changed this around.
03:16:254 (3) - this one you can shorten as well. Keep these consistent with the rest of the map. Yes I can, and will.

00:15:689 (7,8) - I don't really like this stack that much in terms of game play. If we compare it to the similar parts in this section (00:20:449 (4), 00:25:208 (7,8)), this stack feels much less kinetic and flowing. I would unstack these because I think the kiai-ish sections of the song are better when they flow (unless specific musical elements dictate otherwise, which I don't think is the case here) This took a little bit of reworking, but I think I got it! Basically went anti-clockwise with it.
00:29:075 (2,3,4,5,6) - this is pretty nazi, but watch your spacing here. Even though the differences are small, I noticed them pretty instantly. Then agian, that might be because I'm weird. Regardless, might as well fix these up. see below?
00:29:968 (5,6) - I would consider making this a slider, as having all these circles in a row is not super great. eh. I liked the circles, but honestly you're right. I swapped a couple of them to 1/2 sliders.
00:48:411 (6) - you could remove the first finish here, I think it is a bit too noisy. Alternatively you could lower the volume as well, but I prefer just the clap for the slider head here. As you guessed probably, I lowered the volume a little.
01:03:880 (5) - NC here? seems to fit pretty well Done
01:30:057 (1) - I kinda feel the same way about this spinner as with the one in Easy. Sure. The extra few seconds does help.
01:59:804 (1)- this NC feels a bit unnecessary so I'd say remove it.
02:17:355 (4) - a bit of NC inconsistency here. I would say NC this one, and match the comboing pattern set with 02:11:108 (1,2,3,1).
02:22:115 (3) - NC here also. The other alternative is removing some NCs in this section to make the combos the same length. Managed to fix all this NC problems. Should be fine now.

This puts the vocal on the slider which I think matches your overall structure better. You... you're right.. How did I not see this before? Fixed, fixed and fixed the other one.
02:08:133 (1,2,3,4,5) - did you intend for the spacing to be this way? I suggest that you make these equally spaced, right now it looks a bit sloppy to me. figured the problem out.. needed to space the even notes out a bit more.
02:29:551 (1,2,3,1) - I think a bit more spacing here will give these much more impact, which is really important because this is the big climax of the song. Sure, a bit more distance can't hurt, and yeah, definitely fits.
02:34:013 (6,7,8) - Just wondering here if the 1.00x spacing was intentional. I think every other time you have a slider with 1/4 notes afterward, the spacing is 0.5 I don't remember why I actually left that one. When I mapped the first time, I had all the streams spaced normally, then ended up changing a lot of them to half. I guess this one didn't make it somehow... Time for it to move on to 0.5
02:51:564 (3,4) - Here is the same thing as 01:53:260 (3,4). The mapping solution will be the same as there. ;_; fixed.

It actually hits closer to 01:11:092 - area and not on the direct spot of 01:11:019 - I also skip this in my easy and hard, though my hard has it on a tick. Long story short, I don't feel comfortable mapping to it directly.

  5. 02:44:424 (7,8,1) - Move them two grids left AND down? This is so that (7) will be correctly placed while playing (it will be not in the place it is in the editor because of the stacks). You might need to play a bit with the spacing at 02:45:019 (1,2), though. I just changed this whole section around so I didn't have the stack.
  6. 03:03:462 (1,2) - The blanket looks weird because it's wider on the left and more narrow on the right. You know what to do, right... Ever so gently... Fixed.

  1. Well, I know the song only has 100.85 beats per minute, but don't you think there's a little bit too much 1/4 streams here? Yes and no. Yes because I don't really care for 1/4s altogether, but no for the reason of being different from normal, and also to help follow all the drums better. all the 1/4s here have purpose so they definitely fit and are called for. I personally think this is a good balance how this diff turned out. I don't use as many jumps compared to most hards anyways.
  2. 00:15:987 (9) - Uh, any reason why is the spacing kinda inconsistent around here? Minor jump, but I know what you mean anyways, changed to 1.22 spacing instead of odd amounts.
  3. 00:42:164 (4,5,6) - Might as well make it stay 1.0x around here; will make the spacing look more consistent and thus nicer to play + it will look neater, IMO. Yep, you can keep the jump after them. I moved (4) a bit to make it 1.05 so it would build up to the 1.12. Yes, 1.05, not 1.06...
  4. 00:51:683 (6,1) - Is 1.09x necessary here? Going with the normal spacing will make this pattern look tidier. Not really sure if the extra little spacing will matter since its a jump coming up, but I changed this to 1.00
  5. 01:08:044 (5) - I'm sure enough the cymbal is played at 01:07:895 (4), so remove the finish here and add one at (4) instead. Oh, you're right. Sounds a bit strange now, but its better to be correct.
  6. 01:43:443 (3,4,5,1,2,3) - I don't like the flow here, mainly because of the movement you need and the spacing changes. Just saying. I was actually quite confident this was a good setup here. For now I want to keep it but if others mention this then I'll do something.
  7. 02:33:418 (5,6) - Uh, I don't really like the flow here actually. I believe you can just use 02:32:823 (4) that is rotated by 90 degrees counter-clockwise and move it to (204,108)... or do something similar to that. I actually really like how this is. I'll keep this in mind though.
  8. 03:03:462 (1) - To improve the blanket, move the middle node to (80,124) and the last one to (132,196)? done, thanks. Not sure how I missed this blanket either.

I didn't even realize I went out of the limits for SB dimensions. I would assume Widescreen storyboarding would have better dimensions for images now as well, but this is only a standard def one.

Everything is all done as of now...

I left te wo tsunagou.jpg as its original size due to it being a scrolling image that needs more than the horizontal width. (261kb and peaks at 2.02sb load)

Guess this map is pretty much ready for ranking now.. (After the BATs slap me around some~) thanks again all the modders :)
