Detroit Metal City (DMC) i think this is the most funny anime ever i watched

It'll be between Nichijou and Baka to Test, although to be honest I'd have to say Baka to Test was funnier IMO

Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai was pretty funny, Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo too
Toradora!, Higurashi and Junjou Romantica is the ones with best comedy. :3
