I looked through faq and a few threads but I didn't find the answer to my question.
Are you allowed to use fairly popular skin elements as default for your beatmap submission when it doesn't belong to you, without permission. I've seen that you can't take someone's beatmap skin and call it your own or any parts of someone's skin. I don't understand if your allowed to make someones skin default for a map without asking for permission. Please no flames I just want to know.
