01:38:577 (3,4,5,6) - i kinda find these stacks a bit confusing to read since the music plays a continuous 1/4 rhythm, how bout 1/4 short sliders instead?

00:19:398 (2,4) - i would space these out a bit, due to the trend of 1/4 jump abuse in recent maps these could be easily read as 1/4 spacing instead of 1/2 (me being one of them). If you do this make sure to do it to later occurrences as well (though not as important later on since you used proper 1/4 spacing as well)
00:35:362 (3) - lower this a bit, its making contact with the hp bar and score meter ><00:46:505 (1) - whistle start?
00:56:148 (4) - use 1.10x spacing here for both sides to keep consistency with 00:55:077 (1)
01:08:684 - try a note here to cover the 1/4 drums
01:15:862 (1) - this combo doesnt have any whistles on them, is it intentional?
01:21:970 (4) - just another example of a more difficult to read spacing (because you enlarged spacing at 01:22:184 (5,6,7,1) which introduces more ambiguity on the rhythm here)
01:49:184 (4) - ctrl+g on this plays better imo
