02:30:480 - In this spot in every difficulty you do kiai fountains 6 times in a row in 50ms succession. This is not a rankable technique. If you would like to emphasize this section of music, use a strobe or more hitsounds or something. Delete all the kiai but the first one. It's basically the same effect.
