It looks awesome, although it seems like the line on the edge of the border is kinda inconsistent in width. Also, I don't completely agree with the "fake-transparency" (tbh I wish it was transparent in the first place), but I'm never online ingame enough to see it there anyways so it doesn't really matter.
Also, I think I'm actually going to change my border to be 1px fatter again ._. although I'm probably going to switch to a different avatar soon anyways.

The problem with this avatar is its whiteness on the edges of your figures there. It makes the whole thing bright white shiny. That's what I also dislike. 5/10

The head shouldn't have been cut off, and the entire thing looks a little too blurry and bright.
