Explain the issue you are having:

Basicly, a friend of mine made an account yesterday but we cant see each other in-game. I cant even find her on the forums.

Her name on osu is lopenhutym if you need that.

There is no user with the username "lopenhutym". Are you spelling it correctly?
You should ask her to give you a link where she can see her profile.

such as

http://osu.ppy.sh/u/<ID> or <USERNAME>

Thats the weird part. She can see other users, but they cant see her.
Is this a bug or something?

check the username if contains space, or a character such as 0 instead of O, or have letters like ö,ø,è,ý etc.
