Goodluck doing any sort of recording on a poor computer though; osu! is really harsh with software like that :v
imagine how much power it took to record -and- stream 8 osu! clients for owc lul
If you're only planning on uploading videos and not streaming, Fraps is probably the most reliable option.

I like playing fast songs but I'm too noob to get good acc. :3
The frame rate is kinda low so it's kinda low quality. Although it shouldn't be too much of a problem
