Modding after Reisen Udongein pointed this map out to me saying "lolol look KRZY MATs and BATs fighting with themselves in a map thread!" You all ought to be ashamed.
Tried to look at this map from a player's point of view. I will mostly point out what was difficult to read, entirely off standards in terms of difficulty, and/or wrong rhythm.

First off...- Currently, the map is mapped to a song with a BPM of 264. This should not be the case. The song's BPM is 132, and so should be the BPM of the map...
...which means that the SV must be fixed too. I suggest a value of somewhere between x1.8 and x2.5.
Way too much overlaps. I understand that this is a stylistic issue and isn't something that would make the map unrankable or anything, but it has certainly been overused. Keep in mind that overlaps are actually difficult to read.
00:04:911 (2,3,4,5,1,2) - With this sort of speed and AR9, these kind of overlapping circles are immensely hard to read. I suggest you lay them out separately.
00:12:524 (1,2,3,4,1) - A repeating slider here works much better than a 5-note stack. You can't realistically expect players to be able to hit this pattern and move on to eight doublets at this sort of speed; I say this because I was not able to. Recall that BPM 264 is BPM 176 DTed.
00:15:706 (1,2,3,4) - Would play much better if this was a single repeating slider rather than four etna sliders.
00:30:025 (2,3,4,5) - ^
00:33:775 (2,3,4) - Not sure if this pattern needs to be in 1/4 (this would be 1/8 if the BPM was 132). The music certainly does not suggest so.
00:36:502 (2,3,4) - ^
00:45:479 ~ 00:58:206 - This part of the song should have a slower SV compared to the rest of the song. Currently, it has a faster SV.
00:46:161 (3,4,5,6,1) - Again, nowhere in the music does it suggest you should have 1/4 notes here. Starting a stream from under a slider after more than 1/2 beat is also undesirable.
00:48:774 (3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Another stream that is uncalled for. 1/2 notes fit much better.
00:53:661 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Spacing-wise, overdone. Pattern-wise, awful. This sort of pattern just does not fly at this BPM. 00:54:115 ~ 00:54:570 is a classic example of a part where you should have five 1/2 notes (the music screams for it!)
01:04:456 (3,4,5,6) - The slider (3) makes the notes 5, 6, and 7 extremely hard to read, especially as 3, 4, and 5 were 1/2s and 5, 6, 7 are 1/4s.
01:05:593 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Again, nowhere in the music does it suggest you should have 1/4s. Remove the notes and listen to the music again.
01:09:797 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Awkward 1/2 notes, needlessly large spacing. Better done with sliders.
01:12:866 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Same as 01:05:593 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8)
01:20:138 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14) - Missed this pattern every time until after three retries. Needless to say, the music does not call for it, and the pattern is quite overdone.
01:22:184 (2,3,4) - Try this
01:26:388 (5,6,7,8) - Try this
01:27:752 (2,3,4,5) - Same as 00:15:706 (1,2,3,4)
01:28:320 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Overdone. Listen to the music and you'll see this is a much better rhythm:
01:35:025 (3,4,1,2) - Not a good overlap, not undoable but hard to read
01:36:388 (1,2,3,4) - ^
01:37:070 (1,2,3) - This time, not a good overlap with the previous set of pattern.
01:40:025 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - Use of sliders much recommended at this sort of speed. The music isn't exactly a staccato either; I'd suggest something like this
01:41:388 (1) - Make this a slider that ends on 01:41:615
01:41:843 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1) - Failed three times on this part. A cluster of notes that is virtually impossible to read at first sight, and a bad pattern too. Something like this might work:
If I were a BAT, I would have popped the bubble on this map too. This map is far from ready for being ranked. Haven't looked at the other difficulties due to time issues, but I hope the mapper takes heed of many good advices on this thread and understand that mapping and ranking a map is a collaborative process in which the whole community is involved.
