I'm no Computer expert but Windows rates it 7.4 out of 7.9 so I think it's good.
Windows has low demands, my processor is rated 7.3/7.9 and still sucks.

Seems that you have Cool'n'Quiet turned off.
Mine (i have the same CPU as yours):
Idle: 37°C
Full Load: 59°C
Ambient Temp: 25°C
Stock freaking noisy fan.
