It does say in the rules, read the last post, and it shows that the 1 normal slot had already been taken. If you look through the thread as well, both taiko mods have been taken too, and full taiko mapsets is 1/2.

And since some people just can't read through the thread before posting blindly by following the title which hasn't been updated, this thread right now is

Sorry for not being so active but i've been quite busy with Air Force work. I'll be back to mod a bit in a few days!

On another topic, it looks like the queue is working out quite well in my absence. Keep it up!
